Modern Waterfront Apt. with a Striking View

Great property location.The apartment is in dire need of small remodeling - painting and small wall/baseboards repairs.There is no windows screens, therefore lots of hungry mosquitos flying around in the apartment.

Great 4th time in a row in this unit.

The description did not fully fit what we saw and experienced. The check in was not straightforward as despite the fact we gave ample notice from the airport we still had to wait 30 minutes before we were allowed in the property. The property is advertised sleeps 8 but there was only bed for for 5 people and the apartment was only big enough for for 5 people as the dinner table could only accommodate for 5 people. The location is great in terms proximity to the public transport but it was noisy. The gentleman host whom we met was somewhat abrupt almost bordering on being rude. The washing machine malfunctioned halfway through with our clothes stuck in it for 2 days whilst the host was trying to get a service person. At the end we googled the problem and sorted the problem out ourselves. Although most of the flat was ok in terms of cleanliness, there were areas behind the doors that had not been attended to for a while with an insect splattered on the wall behind one of the doors. The bathroom mats had also seen better days. The shower head was broken in one of the showers and shower hose was not functioning and it took one week for that to be fixed. The common outdoor area advertised, was very common and was shared with several flats and was very noisy regardless of the time of day or night. Although we had booked the apartment for 2 weeks, the host was reluctant to change the towels and sheets despite the very hot weather and only changed the towels only when we insisted

Good location, nice view and clean!

The apartment had everything we needed for a five night stay with six adults. It’s super close to coffee shops and the Kabataş station. Great views of the Bosphorous. It was mesmerizing to hear the Call to Prayer from the nearby mosque. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was good for 5 adults, well appointed, with great views and excellent location for public transportation connecting with airport and all parts of the city. Highy recommended.

Nahum was a wonderful host. He made our trip to Istanbul memorable. He was very helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was lovely and in a great neighborhood. We had grocery stores, restaurants and transportation all within walking distance. I would recommend this to friends.

Excellent everything from communication to location , amenities , ease of transportation and pretty much everything.

Was as the pictures show. Great view tram to old Town and vimicular to Tashkent Square close. A street off the main rd. A bit noisy with front balcony door open. Bedrooms are in back so you don't hear anything at night. Had a fantastic time. Tuna was very helpful. Would recommend it highly
