Thoughtfully designed with curated artwork, comfortable furnishings and the conveniences of home. The Loft offers something increasingly hard to find in Scottsdale—a peaceful golf-course setting with quiet resort-style amenities while keeping you close to the area's best dining, shopping, golf, hiking, medical centers and events.

Whether you're visiting Scottsdale to golf, escape the winter, attend one of the Valley's signature events, work a medical assignment, visit Mayo Clinic, or simply enjoy the Arizona sunshine, The Loft makes an inviting home base.

THE SPACE

Unlike a typical single-level condo, The Loft offers a distinctive two-story villa-style layout, giving guests more separation during their stay. The second floor suite has an open-concept half wall, giving you a feeling of space and openness.

The home features:

2 bedrooms – one king bed and one full bed
2 full bathrooms
Comfortable two-story living space
Thoughtfully curated artwork and décor
Fully equipped kitchen
In-unit washer and dryer
Central air conditioning
Wi-Fi
Convenient parking

It's equally comfortable for a couple enjoying a Scottsdale getaway, friends on a golf trip, traveling professionals, or guests settling in for a longer stay.

RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES

Step outside and enjoy the relaxed Arizona lifestyle without leaving the community.

Guests have access to:

Swimming pool
Jacuzzi/hot tub
Clubhouse
Fitness/workout equipment
Golf-course surroundings
Walking and biking opportunities
Parking

Spend the morning golfing, the afternoon poolside and the evening enjoying Scottsdale's restaurants—all before returning to your own private two-story retreat.

A LOCATION THAT WORKS FOR VACATION & EXTENDED STAYS

The Loft is ideally positioned near Paradise Valley and Scottsdale's popular shopping, dining, golf and recreation destinations, while everyday conveniences, restaurants and groceries are also nearby.

Perfect for Golfers

Stay along Stonecreek Golf Course and make The Loft your headquarters for a Scottsdale golf getaway. You'll also be well positioned to explore the many renowned courses throughout Scottsdale and the Valley.

Traveling Nurses & Medical Professionals

The Loft is especially well suited for traveling nurses, physicians, medical professionals and longer-term work assignments.

After a long shift, come home to a quiet residential setting with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable living areas and—perhaps most importantly for an extended stay—your own in-unit washer and dryer.

Mayo Clinic Patients & Families

For guests coming to Scottsdale for medical care, The Loft provides a comfortable alternative to an extended hotel stay. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry and separate living space can make longer visits considerably more comfortable for patients and accompanying family members.

Scottsdale's Signature Events

Make The Loft your Scottsdale home base when visiting for:

Barrett-Jackson • Scottsdale Car Week • WM Phoenix Open • Spring Training • Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show • Golf Trips • Seasonal Events & Festivals

Come for the event and stay for everything else Scottsdale has to offer.

Hike, Shop, Dine & Explore

Spend your mornings exploring Arizona's spectacular desert hiking trails, afternoons shopping and evenings discovering Scottsdale's celebrated restaurant scene.

Nearby Scottsdale destinations make it easy to experience Paradise Valley, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town Scottsdale, hiking, golf, shopping and dining while returning each evening to a quieter golf-course setting.

MADE FOR MORE THAN A WEEKEND

The Loft is especially comfortable for guests staying a week, a month or longer.

It's a wonderful fit for:

Golfers • Snowbirds • Traveling Nurses • Medical Professionals • Mayo Clinic Visitors • Corporate Travelers • Remote Workers • Relocations • Extended-Stay Guests • Couples • Friends • Scottsdale Event Visitors

Instead of living out of a hotel room, unpack and make yourself at home.

YOUR SCOTTSDALE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Morning coffee, Arizona sunshine, a round of golf, an afternoon by the pool and dinner in Scottsdale—this is what a stay at The Loft is all about.

Come for the golf, medical care, work, sunshine or one of Scottsdale's unforgettable events.

Stay for the comfort, convenience and relaxed Scottsdale lifestyle.

Welcome to The Loft.
