Modern TC Condo w/ Patio Close to Beach

Very cute and close to downtown for walking. And actually close to all the other wineries and such.

Great location, it was super easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Check in was so easy and everything was clean. The rooftop patio was a nice plus! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Easy access to Front St., downtown Traverse City, pet-friendly, within walking distance to the bay, parks, restaurants, and shopping. We would ask that ice trays would be provided for guests to use, and we would suggest replacing the ultra-soft/sunken mattesses as suggested in other posts.

It is a nice unit. Very organized. The bedrooms are tight to fit in a suitcase but we managed fine. The rooftop patio is also nice to have. The unit is in a perfect location.

My family needed a place to stay for a single night and this was perfect! Especially loved the hassle free check out.

Great location and easy checkin and checkout. Disappointed that we were not told that the heat was not working and had to use a couple space heaters. Also, the property could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom vent was very dusty and so was the kitchen lights. Overall the property was very nice.

Property was as stated. The entire process was flawless. Since this was the first time I have utilized a Vrbo… I had several questions that were addressed immediately by the management company. The property was located ideally near the downtown area. I would definitely utilize this property again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The management team had great communication when needed. The property is at a great location near the downtown of TC, you are literally walking distance; North Peak brewery is a minute walk. The property was very clean with all amenities needed. The garage is an added bonus. We were unable to use it though since our SUV was too wide. I can’t hold that against the rating of the property though. The rooftop entertainment area has good views. We just couldn’t take advantage of it because of the weather in early November with a newborn. It sure looks like it will be great for those summer/early fall evenings/nights. Definitely would recommended staying here.

Location is in walking distance of everything downtown and only about a 20 minute drive to the wineries. Place was nice and clean, exactly as pictured. Host responds quick and was helpful!
