Our listing can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons, ideally 2 adults and 1 kid. The rate posted here is for 2 persons only. If more than 2 will be staying, kindly indicate this in your booking request. Rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Kindly treat the unit as yours and maintain good sanitation and orderliness.

Garbage sealed in a plastic bag can be disposed at Sanitary Room located near elevator door at the 21th Floor.


Ensure all electrical equipment, lights and water faucets are turned off / unplugged before leaving the unit, even for a short period of time. Likewise, these should be turned off when not in use.

Avoid making unnecessary noise in the hallways and room in order not to disturb other tenants in the building.


The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on premises. Any inconvenience caused by the building amenities, the Host shall not be liable. If problems arise during your stay, contact the Host immediately or ask assistance from the Front Desk Lobby so that issues will be resolved as soon as possible.
