Modern Spacious Pet Friendly 4 Bed 2 Bath Condo Across From Boardwalk

Everything was prefect! The unit was beautiful, and exactly as described. We got to take our dogs to the beach each day, and they had a blast. Being on the first floor was the greatest. Russ is amazing landlord, and responds in a timely manner. I look forward to staying in one of units again

Great location in Ocean City. The condo is in need of a deep cleaning including walls, doors, and vents that were covered in dust or grime. The space felt tired and in need of updates. However, the spot was perfect for an overnight stay, but don't think it would be a great fit for an extended stay. Make sure the sounds of rodents in the walls don't bother you; we woke up to hearing something moving around or eating in the walls in the middle of the night.

This rental was perfect for 6 adults! 1 king bed and 2 queen beds made it comfortable for everyone! The kitchen was quite large and had all of the basic needs on hand, dishes, flatware, coffee mugs, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, Mr. Coffee maker. Although we were on the ground floor, there were PLENTY of windows that allowed natural light to brighten each room!

Excellent location to the ocean city boardwalk, therefore easy access to many food choices and entertainment. Some rooms still have some dust around corners, some blankets have hair on them. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Be prepared to bring your own bedsheets, towels, toilet papers, toiletries, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

Property was misleading and below ground level and far from modern. Tenants above us were doing construction virtually 24 hours a day making sleeping difficult. I had a communication early in the week with the owner and he indicated they rented for the year so I knew they would not be kicked out. We considered calling the police but did not want to cause a potential confrontation. Typical beach rental offer many more amenities such as beach chairs, tags, etc. and none were offerered. Property is much smaller than pictured and no way you can park three cars legally unless they were VW Bugs. Other units did park three but they extended into street and made ingress and egress difficult. Would not recommend this property.

Great location and great for dogs with the tiled floor. Could have been a bit cleaner. Not much as far as kitchen supplies. the air conditioning was not up to par and the room in the back had a separate air conditioner that did not work at all.

Size and location are great. Major appliances leave a lot to be desired. And there’s very little in the kitchen as far as dishes and utensils go.

Russ was very responsive and very accommodating! The location of the property was perfect for walking to Asbury Ave AND the boardwalk / beach.

Pros:1. Location was great. Near the beach and boardwalk. Quick walk, especially as a family traveling with young kids.2. Russ was kind enough to let us check in early and stay until we were ready to leave on Sunday. For a one night trip, this allowed us to get the most out of our stay.3. Pictures accurate for what was in the unit as far as furniture. Not a lot to sit on in the living room, but was not a huge concern for one night. Would not have picked it for a week stay.Cons:1. WiFi and TVs did not work, even with the information provided by the host. Not a huge deal for one night, but would have been frustrating for a week.2. Was not able to secure the back door with codes provided.3. Basement unit felt dated/old. Was clean but just felt musty.4. Coffee pot had white chunks coming out of it when we used it.5. Not much in the way of kitchen supplies. There were utensils, but not much else.6. Host was difficult to get communication back from, had to call VRBO the night before we arrived because he had not provided check in information and did not respond to messages all day requesting that information. Once VRBO reached out to him, this was provided quickly.Overall, even the amount I paid for overnight felt like a lot. I would definitely be more upset if I was staying for longer. I think there is a lot of potential with the property and location, but it feels like it needs a fair amount of work to make it the quality that matches the price.
