Modern, South Facing, 2000+sq ft, 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Condo

Over the top great!!! We got to check in early which meant the world to us!! Super nice host. Great house. Should be 3 bedroom Tv that works that was terrific The pool is small and no one there We highly recommend this place

Price performance was low, we would not rent this property again at this price point. Negatives were: poor WiFi (constant buffering on laptops and tv), kitchen missing essentials (dry measuring cups, measuring spoons, etc), scant products (all paper products, dish washer pods, laundry soap, etc enough to 'get us started' but not last our stay - we were expected to purchase what we needed and I assume leave the remainder for the next guest), no luggage racks, etc. The kitchen and bathrooms had original cupboards (very low countertops in bathrooms). The outdoor furniture cushions were held together by duck tape, golfers on green can be seen when standing up but not seated due to hedge, pickleball courts can be heard when outdoors (which doesn't bother us). A lot of room for improvement in making renters feel like guests and having the property match the price point.Positives - dual zone HVAC very nice. Beds are comfy, baby gear is appreciated, flatware is nice. Owners were responsive and nice, property and experience is just not equal to the price point.

We be really enjoyed the home. It was very clean and spacious wbeautiful view of the golf course and close to the swimming pool spa, which is really nice. The owners were very helpful and we're very attentive to any of our questions could truly really appreciate itI would definitely recommend this home

The house was exactly as listed in the pictures. Great location in Palm Desert. The community is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

This was a lovely home and a very vibrant country club. The views were wonderful and we were right on the golf course at the seventh Green. The pools were close by the house was clean and well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great day and lots of fun.

This home is very nice, great location in Palm Desert in a gated community on a golf course with great views. The manager gave us all needed information and kept in direct contact by text in case we had any problems and there were none. We slept well in a comfortable bed and the house was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as promised. Julie is a wonderful host and we are booked for next year!
