This studio condo provides comfortable accommodations for four people. It features a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, suitable for two. After a day on the mountain, unwind in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying cable TV or borrowing a book from the owner's library. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a small fridge, built-in microwave/oven (convection oven), and a small cooktop. It is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare dinner for a cozy evening in. The spacious bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and a vanity.

Located within Fraser Crossing, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex, this property offers a rich base experience with various amenities. Relax on the amenity deck on 3rd floor, which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace. Guests also have the option to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage.

Parking Fee: Outside ski season is free; during ski season, it's $24 per vehicle per day.

Grand Park Rec Center: Swimming pool and gym are 4.1 miles away, featuring multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground.
The Foundry: Next door to the Rec Center, offering a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar.
Safeway Grocery Store: 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

No Smoking or dogs or cats allowed

Triple Sheet Method: The property uses two sheets to encase the comforter, providing an extra clean sleeping experience. The sheet-made duvet cover is washed between each guest.
Mountain Bikes: Management does not allow bicycles to be stored inside condos or on balconies. For the prevention of damage, guests are kindly asked not to store bikes inside.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

    Underground parking was difficult to enter/exit. My account never worked the 4 days I stayed there. I got charged an extra day and am figjting to get my money back. The room was no issue except the outside view from the website was less than ideal

    Charlotte was super helpful with questions leading up to our stay and letting us check in a few hours early! The apartment was very comfortable, well stocked, and within a 5 minute walk to the chairlifts just across the street. We had a great stay!

    The property was great, unfortunately the hot tub had a heating element out and was only like warm. Nothing against the owners studio or their hospitality, that’s on the buildings property management. Still, would have been really nice to sit in the hot tub while it was snowing outside.

    The studio was clean. The bed was very comfortable.My only suggestion is a grab bar needs to be in the tub.I have a knee replacement & I was afraid to fall, because there was nothing to hold onto getting in the tub or out.Otherwise our stay was great,

    I had a wonderful stay in a room just a few minutes' walk from the gondola, which made getting to the slopes super convenient! The ski locker was also a great addition, providing a secure and convenient place to store my gear. However, the listing wasn’t entirely accurate—it’s not a true ski-in/ski-out property. You do need to walk a few minutes to reach the gondola, which may be important to note for those expecting a direct ski access. Additionally, there wasn’t a solution for leaving luggage after check-out if you don’t have a car. It would have been helpful to have a place to store my bags for a few hours before heading out. Overall, though, the location and amenities made for a great experience!

    Fantastic location adjacent to the Winter Park Base lifts and village. Clean and well appointed apartment with a ski village feel. Parking and ski lockers are an extra plus for this property.
