Modern, second-floor condo steps to beach with balcony, W/D, & pool access

The place was great, it was clean, spacious and had a great view. It was walking distance to the beach and had all the needed amenities. Had a great time.

It was ok. Windows could have been cleaner. Balcony and table had significant bird droppings on them . Bed was comfortable though ventilation was an issue--windows should be able to open. Kitchen was fine though we did not use dishwasher. Couch needs to be replaced and unit might need a deep clean top to bottom.

Everything that was needed was in the house, except laundry detergent. You are given 1 packet in the welcome kit. House was very clean, plenty of towels. The short walk to the beach was great

The view from the patio was amazing. You can definitely see the sunrise from there while you enjoy your morning coffee. The walk to the beach is exactly what they described. Everything that you need is close by the location. Nothing is more than a 5 min drive away. It was what we were looking for. A little change of scenery and change of pace. The only reason they are not getting five stars was the ceiling fan in the main bedroom. It clicked loudly all night for every rotation making it impossible to sleep. You can hear the clicking from the living room. When we turned it off it was fine but I was a little warm and stuffy. Personally I need air flow to go to sleep so it was hard without the ceiling fan but I managed. But other than that. It was a wonderful stay.

The kitchen was full stocked and we were able to get to the Village Market quickly for any items we needed

Awesome location!! Just a short walk to the beach and a short driving distance to many other amenities: restaurants, coffee shop, market, etc! The house was clean and had many comforts of home. The kitchen was stocked well with enough pots and pans (bakeware), and utensils to cook meals. Full size fridge was great, since we bought groceries for our stay. The ice maker didn’t work, so be sure to grab a bag of ice. Should we plan to visit again, we’d look into booking this place again! The host was proactive with information and quick to respond to any messages we sent!

The condo was wonderful and cozy. It had a great view and quick access to the beach to watch the amazing sunrises. The only thing that was missing was beach chairs. However we purchased two folding chairs and left them in the closet for future guests to use!

Condo was nice and as stated in the listing. However, when we checked-in the bedsheets and pillow had hair on them resulting in us washing all the bedsheets before sleeping on the first night.

Floors were filthy to where our feet turned black when walking indoors. We wore shoes inside for the majority of our stay. It took 5 hours to get the temp from 76 to 71. The heat and humidity was uncomfortable. Washing machine had a lot of mildew growth. I hated having to use it.

I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful kitchen, great amenities. The only downsides, the kitchen knives were in very poor condition, and the dryer threw a fault code, but aside from that. Really enjoyed the unit, would gladly book it again.

This apartment was excellent. Location is great, the rooms and bathroom are spacious and the balcony is very nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway! It’s just a short 3-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to come and go during the day. The place was modern, clean, and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer which was super convenient. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings, and the pool was a nice bonus. Great location and overall a wonderful stay — we’d definitely book again!

Wonderful place to stay! The corner balcony looks over the pool and towards the gulf. Clean and everything was in great condition.

Condo was very clean, roomy enough for us four adults and one 4year old. Lived the walkable access to the beach (literally less than a 5 minute walk) and that we had an option to also drive (literally a 2 minute drive). Laundry in unit was also a huge bonus!Check in and out was super easy and we will definitely be back! Only comments for improvement would be, I wished the rocking chairs in the photos were there, or a hammock even- the breeze from the patio was so nice I could have napped from there :) Secondly, while there was a towel like ant for the bath, it would have been nice to have some real bath mats to use at the tub and the sink area to help keep the floors dry and less slick.Photos attached are after we packed up to leave but you can still see how nice and clean the condo was!

This condo was perfect for our beach get away. It had everything we needed. Nice view of the pool and gulf from the balcony.

Perfect location. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and trips into Corpus Christi for the aquarium and museums.

Our stay was perfect! Absolutely clean both inside and outside. Tranquility at its best. The balcony view of both the pool and beach were my favorite. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again. VACASA make checking in and checking out easy and simple.

Great property and location.

This apartment was perfect for our needs - one adult chaperone with three teenage girls. Everyone was comfortable. The beach was visible from the apartment and about a 3 minute walk. There was a simple but very well maintained pool with a lovely baja shelf built in for lounging. A/C and wifi were strong and reliable. Lots of options of food nearby.

Well maintained pool on property - low frills but very clean and comfy. We had the place to ourselves (midweek stay). Beach is a short walk away. Lots of small restaurants serving fresh seafood within a 5-10 minute drive away. Very cute little coffee shop less than 5 minutes away (by car).We would return for sure!

White cap was truly amazing! This is the first time I’ve experienced wide open spaces mixed with peace and quiet, partying and beach. The birds that drank from the pool were both beautiful and boisterous they sung a lovely tune every morning. The grills were large and worked well (propane) they were located in the cabana area adjacent to the pool which was great for gathering and making new friends. If you’ve never been, you can drive on the beach and park, or the walk is literally a few minutes down a winding trail straight to the beach. Can’t wait to go back.

The property was great and not far from the beach. It was comfy and perfect for my small family. We take a yearly trip to the beach and this location has been the best place we’ve stayed at. Definitely will be rebooking

A well stocked and sized condo with easy access to the beach. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay and clean place. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The only small problem we had was checking in we didn't know what unit # was ours. Also the instructions for checking out wanted sheets and towels washed but we didn't have laundry soap. checking

The unit was very nice and clean. The location perfect distance from beach access. There was an issue with the diswasher but we called it in during our checkout.

Great 2nd story ocean view stay! Clean space, prompt communication with property management, and quiet relaxing area next to the beach. You have a choice of a couple easy walks to get to the shore.

We enjoyed the condo - very cute and comfortable. The location was a very short walk to the beach in a safe neighborhood. The pool was really nice with a good lay out deck. The balcony could use an update, but overall it was wonderful!

With the exception of construction beside property, unit itself was fine. Unfortunately, weather was foggy and chilly and staying in unit was not pleasant, due to maintenance being done on the balcony, of which we were not aware. Had we been notified, in advance, that this was going to be taking place during our stay, we would not have booked.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Pool was great, walking distance down the pathway to Whitecap beach. Dishwasher needs to be properly cleaned but that was our only complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is in a great location and was clean except for the disgusting dishwasher racks that appeared to have black mold on them. Beds are comfortable Good A/C

Great property in an ideal location for our family trip. The condo was clean and well-organized. Complex was a few hundred yards from a private beach and there was a pool onsite. Location was within 30 minutes of major Corpus Christi family attractions (aquarium, museums, etc.). We would stay there again.
