Modern Rustic townhouse close to everything NH! Work and play year round.

Loved this area! We had a great time and the property was really nice! The people who own this property take pride in keeping their place up to date! The personal touches did not go unnoticed! It was great the condo had shampoo, body wash etc for our use. There was a nice welcome basket and a guide of all the area attractions and restaurants! Steve and Ami, the owners, made us feel welcome! Will most definitely stay here again!

The property was warm & welcoming. The hosts had everything we needed and such close proximity to The Owls Nest where we were attending a wedding. Absolutely loved it.

I stayed at a much more expensive place last year, so I attempted to save some money by staying at a lesser place this year. When I got here, I found that it wasn’t lesser at all. It was very comfortable, everything was in good shape, and it was very clean. The attention to details, and providing many “I didn’t think that I’d need that” and “I’m sure glad that was here” items was fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience, and when I come back next year, I will seek this place out again.

Steve and Ami were so accommodating and made the whole process easy. Their place has everything you would need for your stay (games, towels, linens, pottery, etc), and the house was cute and clean!

The house is cozy, clean and well equipped. Owner is also prompt at answering any question or request of guest. Plus, location is very convenient for ski trip to Cannon and Waterville Valley.

I’ve stayed at various places within Waterville Estates over the years. My older son had hockey tournaments at Waterville. We’ve skied and even spent a week last summer enjoying the amenities.I can honestly tell you this was the cleanest, best appointed condo in all of the property. Owners are wonderful, and they’ve covered every base. Friendly check in and check out times. Any way you can think to cook or brew coffee. Wonderful views and easy access from the highway.Thank you for a great mid week escape to go skiing with my kids. Hoping to repeat next year!

What a wonderful condo - truly the best stocked home I have stayed in. Room are nicely set up and have extra blankets. The kitchen is completely stocked. The condo is only 4 miles from the ski lodge. Great family weekend and Steve was readily available for any questions or advice. We will definitely return.

We so enjoyed our stay for our family reunion weekend taking place at a cousins house close by on Horizon. So comfortable, spotlessly clean and the a/c came in handy upstairs to cool it down when we first arrived. Steve and Ami are great hosts and we highly recommend their townhouse. The pool center is a fun social scene and my two grandson's really enjoyed themselves. Thanks again for listing your townhouse on VRBO.

We took our 4 teenagers away for the weekend and couldn't have been happier. Our hosts have a beautiful home with every detail though out. The community center affiliated with their property is terrific. Indoors/Outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, b-ball and a pickleball court, food and entertainment. Again, the property is amazing. The pictures are great but don't do it justice. Super clean, cozy, and overall awesome place!
