Stayed Feb 28, 2025The house is fully equiped, in a good location and very clean. The owner is so nice and attend. To be honest, I cannot say anything bad from the appartment so I'd fully recommend it.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We spent 12 days at this property. Connor was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to our minor questions. We were in Rochester for mayo appts and I recommend this apartment for convenience to the facility as well as the comfort. The living room furniture and beds were awesome after a long day of appts to kick your feet up and relax. Would highly encourage this apartment and any property of Connors if it is even remotely as nice as this. The only issue was the building exterior door was very loud and if you’re not used to city living it was a definite startle when the door shut but minor details compared to the entirety of the stay! Thank you Connor for making this part of our trip effortless.

Stayed Jun 5, 2023This was an awesome place to stay during my appointments at the Mayo Clinic. It was very clean and super comfortable especially after my surgery. Very close to Mayo and is was very easy to get to everything else. Thank You, Connor for getting back to me when we were checking in. We had a 10 hour drive there and my husband and I were a little tired. I appreciate your kind understanding during our visit. Again, I thank you!

Stayed Jan 1, 2023We stayed for the month of January and we’re very pleased with our choice. The canal behind the property is beautiful and the dock was a perfect way to start and end the day. The ocean is across the street, albeit a very busy street, we just took the car. Perfect spot on the ocean! Added bonus - you can see the rockets as they launch. Debbie was fantastic and a very attentive host. We’ll be back next year!!
