    The condo was clean, modern with a well equipped kitchen and high end appliances. The Master Suite was spacious and comfortable and the location was terrific. Just yards from a lovely sandy beach and the community pool. Perfect location to relax and enjoy Wailea.

    Selected Elua Village to take my family of 11 (Mom/Dad, 3 adult kids and their spouses, and 3 grandchildren) to our annual summer vacation. Very pleased with the property, location, accommodations, and management. Proximity to beach/ocean and pools on grounds near ocean were perfect. Highly recommend.

    Great property in premiere Wailea location. Steps from the beachfront with great views. Stayed with six adults and one infant comfortably. Beautiful kitchen, living room, and master suite. Nice community pool and grill set up directly in front of beach. Easy parking and access. Good communication from property management company. Gets blasted by sunlight during peak hours but automated blackout shades make a big difference. A couple easy fixes would help take it to the next level - the unit is missing some kitchen basics (complete sets of wine glasses and baking sheet, etc.). Patio door is also in need of some work as it sticks and takes a lot of effort to open and close.

    We have stayed in this unit previously, and love it. It is hard to find a three bedroom unit in the Elua Village, and this one is excellent. We prefer this location to a beachfront unit. We like the layout, and the building is quiet. We had a few maintenance issues this time, which were taken care of quickly and effectively.

    This unit is as lovely as pictured and both the unit and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The unit was a perfect location with kids--a quick, easy walk to the pool and the beach. The unit included several beach chairs and some basic beach toys, and the beach has quite a bit of shade (early beach time helps snag a spot). Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby and a lovely public path to stroll along past nearby resorts. The property management team was extremely responsive to our questions and requests and very friendly and gracious. Parking right in front of the building was always available. The kitchen has all the basic equipment needed to prepare meals. We hope to return again soon!

    This property is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are pristine and the location is perfect for beach access, walk to dinners and shopping. the unit is spacious, updated, quiet, clean and well appointed. There is plenty of easy parking and the on site staff are all lovely. We used the community bbq area several nights which was super fun and convenient. We will for sure be staying here again. Absolute perfection.

    We stayed at this same property last year and liked it so much we went there again! The unit is clean and comfortable. It's steps away from the pool and beach which made it easy for us to go back and forth to the unit. We were especially impressed by the property management company as they were willing to send us a few chargers we left in the unit with a prepaid label. Most property managers would not be as accommodating. The location is perfect to the Andaz Luau as it's right next door. We'd recommend for a future stay.
