Modern remodeled, dog friendly,1st floor condo, steps to beaches & restaurants!

This property was such a blessing, true to its advertising. The king-sized bed was perhaps the best bed I have ever slept in, sans at home. The space was spacious for my wife and me and provided the perfect amenities for our stay. It was a short 5-minute drive to the Seaside area, about 7 minutes to Watercolors, and a short 5-minute walk to the public beach. Publix shopping was just a few min drive and had everything we needed for the weekend. If we return to the 30A area, we will definitely stay here again. Texting with the property owner was great and simple when we had a question. Super responsive and kind, too! One drawback was that the parking lot light was very bright and often strobed, making it look like an emergency vehicle was in the lot. However, wearing a sleeping mask rectified this.

We had a wonderful stay (2 adults, 2 kids). The Villa is nicely decorated, looks just like the photos and it was clean. We brought our own air mattress for the kids to sleep on although it does have a pull out sofa and a roll away bed (not stable so we didn't use it maybe there is wheel locks on it, but I couldn't find them). The closet storage & cube storage was nice to have to store our clothes in the packing cubes since I didn't see a dresser in the photos. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but the street to cross can get busy. (We brought our own beach chairs so can't say how the ones that our provided are)The pool was a plus, most days we had it to ourselves! They also had some floats there that the kids enjoyed using! There really isn't much shopping close by that's reasonable walking distance. I wish we could of rented bikes or a golf cart, but it was pricey. If you have your own definitely bring them or if it's in your budget rent them! First time visiting the area and would definitely love to come back the beach was beautiful!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time last week at this beautiful little condo!! It was the perfect size for my husband & I. The way the sun shined in so bright each morning..and the pool was barely used, it was like having our own private pool!! The bed was super comfy! Close walk to the beach, Angelina’s, the donut shop..all our favorite places. Big tv’s with all the channels. I left my shorts in the dryer & Capucine and the housekeeper went above AND beyond to help get them back to me the very next day after we’d checked out and there was another guest who’d checked in!!! It was so kind of them both to do that for me!!! We stayed three nights then went to a bigger place with a private pool that cost 4x as much..and we were really wishing we would have just stayed here our whole trip!!! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and we’re already looking at dates we can go back this Fall. Thanks for everything Capucine!!!!!

Everything is perfect. All is as described as well. The bed was so so so comfy. Never slept better in my life! No complaints what so ever. Thank you!

Very clean and great location. Loved having the option to go to the pool after a beach day. Host was very nice and communicated everything well. Would stay again and recommend this location.

We were able to bring our 2 medium size Golden doodles who did very well. Found a dog park not far from the condo that the dogs loved and met some really nice people there!Good local restaurants!

A great stay with all the great places very close!

Place was easy to get to and very close to the public beach. Enjoyed cooling off in the pool that was nearby. We were lucky to have a ground floor apartment. Only issue was an intermittent whistle sound that we never figured out where it was coming from. Heard mostly between the refrigerator and the bathroom. Apt. A1

We had a great stay. The location is super close to food and shopping and it was easy to locate. My whole family had an amazing time!

It was the perfect place for a quick weekend stay for a family wedding.

Good space on first floor close to pool access. The condo is close to many of our families favorite eateries within walking distance or a very short drive. It was a 5 -7 min walk to the public beach access. We had an excellent time.

We enjoyed our stay. Beach and condo was nice, owner was friendly and fast responding. The condo was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was within steps to the condo.

The property is exactly as pictured and exceptionally clean. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes to public beach access. Property manager messaged promptly about check-in and even gave notice if it was available earlier than set check-in time. Would definitely rent this place again or any other properties managed by this owner.

I really enjoyed my stay and was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The check in process and communication with the owner was top notch. It was nice to be within walking distance to great restaurants and beach accesses. I was really happy to be able to have an umbrella and chairs available for use it made our stay so much more affordable and truly enhanced our visit. I would 100% recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was as described. It was clean and we had no complications.

The owner was a wonderful communicator. We just needed less rain and more sunshine!!!Home was as advertised and very clean.

The property was close to Seagrove’s public beach access. It was a bike ride distance from Seaside. The unit had a welcoming beach decor/feeling. We enjoyed the stay.

The condo was great. Perfect spot. Pool was more than awesome. Clean, well equipped apartment The only thing id suggest is leaving a vacuum cleaner or electric broom. Sand is so hard to sweep up.Bed sheet have seen better days. Parking easy. Wonderful washer dryer right in condo. Dish washer was quiet and did an awesome job.Nice touch to leave a few necessities like t.p. and paper towels and dish soap ect. Lots of towels. Great pillows on bed. Extra blanketsGreat big shower, endless hot water.T.V. in both bedroom and living space, awesome reception and channels.I would most definitely stay again.Thank you. I had a great time!

If you’re in search of immaculate space or a friendly host, this isn’t the place for you. As you’ll notice upon all their responses to previous reviews, had I read the review responses prior to booking, we certainly would have spent our money elsewhere. The air went out our first night there and it was 75 degrees all night and well into the next afternoon until it was able to be fixed. Bed is terrible, we left early it was so uncomfortable. Plan to visit a chiropractor following your stay. Baseboards were filthy. Couch has crumbs in it. Blinds haven’t been cleaned in months at least. The vents had dust all over them. The board at the side of the bed was broken. Stained couch cushions. Just a lot of things that need to be tended to and seem to have been neglected. We’ve stayed at 3 places here in this area and this has by far been the worst and the nastiest. As an owner, I’d be humiliated to rent out a place with this much filth. Lot of ding dong ditching going on all hours of the night and day. People will go by and beat as hard as they can on windows and doors which was awesome for my little kids 5 & 3, being terrified. Positive was that the air was fixed within 20 hours of arriving to it broken, Kids toys, wagon.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here at the Rollin Tides Villas. Each time staying in a different condo. This condo is in a nice quiet complex, very well taken care off. Close to the beach. We feel this particular condo unit , although having had some renovations was still lacking. The furniture was tired , the kitchen was ill equipped, and bedding and towels all needed to be replaced. We recognize that many people filter through these units , so all the more reason to stay on top of this issue. Otherwise, this building is in a great location, if you want to stay on the 30A.

Great location to the 30A wine festival. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat and very close to everything.

We were mostly happy with the property. Only improvement would have been the addition of blackout shades in the bedroom because of the intensely bright parking lot light.

We had a great time, very relaxed. We very much enjoyed the unit, it was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location and we spent the majority of our time on the beach or out at delicious restaurants for food, but we came home tired and able to relax comfortably in the condo each night. The AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location. Not in a high traffic area, yet next to the beach. Great communication with the renters - accommodating and friendly. My wife and I will definitely save this perfect spot for the future.

Great location, decor and all around stay!! could not have been any happier. Only thing is the floors need mopping. We had to wear shoes or else our feet would be dirty and have to be washed. Other than that it was perfectly clean!! Again - we highly recommend this condo!!

Great stay and condo located one block from 30S. Condo was nice, clean, pool was a little dirty. Used it once.

My husband and I stayed here with our boykin spaniel for a quick weekend getaway. Check in information was provided in a timely manner and check out was easy. Everything was exactly as listed. Perfect place for a couple. The neighborhood was very quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was plentiful. We would definitely stay here again!
