Stayed Feb 23, 2025We stayed here a few months ago and found it comfortable enough for a return visit. The unit was entirely renovated a few years ago and refurnished with new rental-level furniture, new linens and kitchen needs. The stove top is an induction unit and it is amazing how fast it heats up. The bathrooms are super nice with walk-in showers. This is a bottom-middle unit in an 8 condo building. A few small things have been added since our last stay but otherwise our past review stands and the photos are accurate. We had a couple maintenance problems which were promptly taken care of including changing the dining room light bulb which makes the room a bit brighter. As before, there are NO instructions in this unit so our car was cited for no parking pass. We eventually found it in a kitchen drawer of odds and ends. The main tv with 3(!) remotes still has no instructions and we wrote down how to operate it after much trial and error. The living room tv screen often showed an error message and would not come on but we learned that after turning it off and on several times, it would operate eventually . The bedroom tvs are Roku.My husband and I have differing opinions on the king mattress' comfort so judge for yourself. Overall, unless a more centrally located unit is available in this development, we'd stay here again since we can access the bike paths and the preserve's walking path and enjoy the mountain view from the patio.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We enjoyed our ten-day stay in this ground floor unit overlooking the Prescott Preserve which was formerly a golf course. The unit has been totally renovated since the original construction and the walk-in showers and new kitchen are a delight. The photos shown are accurate with the exception that the light over the dining room table is currently very dim, possibly due to a burned-out bulb which we have reported. It is a short walk past two other units to get to the parking area and pool. Access to the many walking paths through the preserve is off the back patio. The unit was very quiet but many of the surrounding condos were vacant since November is a border season. Things you should know: - There is an adequate supply of paper goods and soaps, lots of towels including pool towels. - There are plenty of dishes and glassware and a drawer of cooking/bbq utensils plus pots and pans appropriate for the induction cooktop. - The only appliances are two coffeemakers, a toaster oven and an electric casserole. There is no toaster, blender, mixer or other appliances and no dishes/cookware to use in the oven. - There is salt and pepper, ground coffee and coffee pods, tea, sugar packets and a few spices. Other than that, you will need to bring everything else since anything left from previous guests is removed including books/games/unused food items, etc. There is a Dollar Store about three miles away on Sunrise which is handy for last minute supplies. - We found the mattress to

Stayed Feb 14, 2024We were disappointed in our stay. -Appointments are VERY bare-bones: cheap linens, cheap scratchy toilet paper. Expect to buy EVERYTHING that rentals usually include- tissues, oil, spices, foil, etc. The only supplies included were coffee, tea, salt & pepper. -All the furniture was IKEA-grade -The kitchen sink leaks and would either spray all over you, or leak onto the counter top. We attempted contact with no response. -Check-out is at 10am, but we got pushed out by the cleaners well before 10. This was extremely stressful with 2 small kids and trying to finish packing for a flight. -Communications before our stay were contradictory and inconsistent: the listing says “heated pool” with no mention of heating fee, but a week before our stay we received an email saying it was $75 per night to heat the pool. When I called to ask about this, the customer service rep was super rude and hung up on me. I later found out they have no control over the heat, so shouldn’t be requesting a fee in the first place. Also mixed messages about the check-in process. Some said we would have to FaceTime the day of check-in and show our ID and credit card. Some said to check in at an offsite location near the condo. It was a really confusing process and not at all seamless. -Vacasa, the management company was rude, unresponsive, and difficult to work with. You will have to download their app in addition to the Vrbo app. And there was extra red tape. Will never rent through them again.
