Liquid Blue I is a contemporary oceanfront Mission vacation rental situated right on the Mission Beach boardwalk. This ground-level beach condo features 32-foot retractable sliding glass doors that open along the entire living area opening to the boardwalk and oceanfront. San Diego has some of the best weather in the world and this home offers a fantastic indoor/outdoor experience. You`ll feel like your right on the beach!

The condo’s location and disappearing wall of windows allow unobstructed views of all the action on the beach and boardwalk. The modern design, custom features and glass walls make this home really something special. Everyone walking along the boardwalk will wish they were staying there with you!

    We love this property. The location is amazing and really cannot be beat. The only tiny negative is there is a lack of privacy as there are no bathroom doors so the bedroom doors functions as the door to the bathroom and allll doors are glass with shades that can be lowered. Just something to be aware. The management company is top notch and the property is exactly as pictured. We will stay here again.

    Great location and incredible view with all glass facing out toward the ocean. We had an issue with the hot water heater that was dealt with quickly and responsively. Definitely recommend!!

    This unit was perfect for my wife and I to stay for a few days. While certainly not one of the largest square footage on the boardwalk it certainly opens up to an amazing property. Many many compliments and stares while just relaxing during the evening sunset from those walking by. If there was any complaint I could make on a 2 million dollar property it would be to replace the tiny couch inside with something a bit larger. While every square inch is perfectly thought out the couch is less than desirable. We would absolutely stay here again next time we return to Mission Beach. Communication with property management was very good and they left us a very nice welcome package. Also included are free beach and bike items from local shops through the management company. Although we didn't take advantage of it, the list offered for free was extensive. Nice perk.

    Wonderful stay, directly on the boardwalk that provides some truly interesting people watching opportunities and direct access to the beach. AC in the bedrooms was especially welcome and effective. communications could not have been better; would certainly stay again.

    House was great, but there is not a lot of privacy. People walking by can see directly into house. Bathroom is open to bedrooms. (No doors) That being said, we had a great time. House was just like the pictures. Beach was beautiful. We had rain, but it was still fabulous! Walking distance to good food and coffee. Good communication with agency!

    The apartment is fabulous. I loved to cook with the door totally opened, with the ocean view, the sunset and a glass of wine. My kids were ready outside watching people walking, running, just passing. Of course the open toilet might be a challenge but we figured it out. Outstanding place and service.

    Everything about it was awesome. Everybody walking by the boardwalk comments on it. Perfect view of the ocean beach and boardwalk.
