    The dryer in the unit was bad. We didn’t find this out until we washed a load of clothes. We contacted the office on Friday and they were supposed to get maintenance out to check it. I was troubleshooting to try and see what was wrong with it and found that the breaker was thrown. I called the office back to tell them so they could let maintenance know and we still didn’t see anyone. We had to air dry our clothes.

    We were so pleased with the accommodations! It was very clean and well equipped. We had so much fun at the beach and it was so easy to shop and dine out by just walking a few minutes.

    The condo was more spacious than we thought. Very comfortable and convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Property management could provide more information in regards to what additional items you may need for your stay. No cleaning supplies or extra towels. We received 1 per person. Overall very happy with this unit and would book it again.

    Right on the beach waking up everyday to the perfect sunrise. Very close to food and you can literally walk to everything. This is best spot on island!

    At first glance, this condo seems to have everything: centrally located, nice view of the beach/ ocean, tastefully-appointed decor, etc. AND all of those things are true! When you stay here you are located right on the main thoroughfare with restaurants and shops located right beneath your balcony- just take the elevator down and walk out to all Tybee has to offer. The walk over across the street to the beach is very short- you can be on the beach in no time. Inside the condo you will find lovely decor and comfortable beds. But there are also CONS: be aware that you will hear noise from the street below, and at all hours of night and day. Also take note that You will also smell the smells from the restaurants. While my friend and I were there we had to deal with an infestation of flies. From what we don’t know- could be the restaurants or could be that doors and windows had been left open to let out the distinct odor of cigarette smoke that lingered when we checked in. We immediately notified management of these issues snd they WERE responsive, but we dealt with the issues all week. Also note that parking is extremely tight- as in cars are packed into the parking garage as tightly as can be. So, while the condo is lovely and location is convenient, there are issues that should be addressed before renters check- in.

    The location was spectacular. We were within walking distance of everything. The condo was spotless with all necessary kitchen items, towels, extra blankets, games…it was perfect. We will definitely be back!
