Modern Ocean Front Condo with Panoramic View

It was a great launching point for getting around the area. PanORama door was a selling point and it didn't work. Ice maker is causing some issues= door doesn't seem to open. Some things that should be included in unit: Gas grill, mop and bucket, stopper in sink, dish rags, some additional silverware, Hot pads/pot holders, local channel antenna, a welcome guide with some highlights about the area is always nice... You should disclose: 1) Homeless live in front yard area, 2) In direct flight path for airport so planes are low and frequent, 3) fishing pier is closed indefinitely and not accessible, 4) adjacent to public parking which is busy, noisy and pretty dirty. Otherwise a great beachfront unit...

Pros: -Fantastic view of ocean. Entire wall of windows opens up with indoor and outdoor seating -Spacious -Has Garage parking—off street parking in SD is hard to find -Can watch surfers & sunset daily -8:50pm daily you can see Sea World fireworks from balcony in the distance -Full kitchen -Comfortable beds Cons: -AC/circulation system did not work & unit 7 bdrm windows opened to main walkway so had to keep them closed or people would run into them. Made sleeping uncomfortable for rooms without fans. More fans for bedrooms would have helped. -Rental company hard to get response from. -Lots of stairs—39 stairs from parking spot to rental. The elevator is non-operational. If you have person in your travel party with temporary or permanent mobility issues this is important to know in advance. Things to note: -If you have dogs or are bringing dogs you’ll love this neighborhood. If you don’t like dogs this isn’t the neighborhood for you. -If you love planes this rental is in direct path of flights and fun to watch/hear. Take off over it 6:3am-midnight daily. If you hate noise or want to sleep in then not best option. -Very hippie/bohemian/surfer vibe neighborhood. -There are many displaced/unhoused camps directly off the balcony in the lawn space between this property and the beach and in the entire neighborhood. No issues and we had pleasant interactions but it might be helpful to know
