This VRBO was ideal for two people, providing a perfect setup for our needs. Our trip revolved around a camp at Queens University, and the location couldn't have been better. The reliable WIFI was great, and being in close proximity to downtown and numerous dining spots was convenient. The bed offered a comfortable night's sleep, a definite highlight. The only drawback was the condition of the sofa. There seemed to be excessive lint/shedding from the sofa and the floor could have used a thorough sweep. I appreciate the vacuum cleaner and broom. Despite the lint I would stay here again everything else was great.

OMGoodness the heated bathroom floors were the icing on the cake! This rental in Myers Park, NC was wonderful. The decor was hip, stylish and fun. The attention to detail was apparent. I appreciated the full size kitchen stocked with cooking and eating ware and the full size washer and dryer. The unit was immaculate when we arrived. Supplies for doing laundry was available, as well as bathroom, coffee and cleaning essentials The large bed and linens were heavenly. Having televisions in each room was very nice as well. From the get go communication with host was great. I felt reassured if I needed anything I could just ask. The walkout to the side of the building and front of building made it so accessible for doggy potty breaks. Parking was plentiful and the electronic entry keypad was easy to use. I highly recommend this rental and will use it again for future visits to Myers Park. ceating s

We came for the Morgan Wallen concert and wanted to be able to walk to the stadium. It was about a 40 minute walk, but super easy and the surrounding neighborhood of the rental is beautiful. The place is comfortable and has everything you need. And being pet friendly is always necessary for us. We would love to return again.

Have used VRBO many times Recognize the need to further screen travelers with photo etc. We have spotty internet service in our rural area and frankly are not as savvy perhaps as some of your other Visitors. Thought the links, paperwork etc were much more difficult this time. Had to drive to town for help Hope you will take this into consideration for future senior visitors with limited skills and service Otherwise great. Thank you

This was a perfect place for me to relax and get away from the chaos of my home remodel. I was able to book my stay with ease and bring along my dog too. The location is great. The sofa and pillows are showing a bit of wear but overall, no complaints. Definitely recommend.

The place was as advertised and as pictured. I did feel lack of communication as I didn’t receive the code to enter the rental until I reached out to the owner the day of the stay. Also, some suggestions to make it an excellent rental: a second lock or a chain would have made my daughter and I feel more secure as we were staying alone and did not know the area. Our socks were dirty after walking around the place, so it definitely needed to be mopped or mopped better. There was a very strong odor of bleach when we entered the property, almost nauseating. While I do appreciate that bleach was used to clean, maybe airing out the place or closeting the door to the bathroom would have helped. There was a tea kettle there, but no tea to be found. That would have been a nice touch. The dishwashing sponge was all the way under the sink behind the trash can - took us a bit looking around to find it. The bed was very soft, not to my liking, but some people like their beds that way. It was nice to have access to Netflix and other streaming services, though. Also, we could have used a throw blanket on the couch and maybe some board games to pass the time. I appreciated having a coffee pot and coffee provided, but the creamer was curdled, even though it was in the fridge. Overall, we did enjoy the place, it was as pictured, and conveniently located.
