Nottingham Park is just over a half-mile from your door. This beloved park is popular for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing at Benchmark Lake. Closeby are pickleball, volleyball, and walking paths.

Avon Performance Pavilion (0.6 miles away) is a gorgeous year-round venue for concerts, theaters, and eclectic festivals. Walk just 10 minutes to the town of Avon where you can explore local shopping and dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Great location close to the beach & dock at Nottingham Lake! The unit itself is beautifully remodeled and well-appointed. Loading/unloading takes a little bit of work as there are stairs to deal with both directions (down 'n then back up each way), but that's typical for everything around this area. Quiet condo complex, ample parking (we did need to have a vehicle moved from our assigned spot in the garage, but Vacasa took care of it quickly when we alerted them to the issue), and close access to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

    The entire home was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the electric blinds for the windows, doors, and skylight. That was a really nice touch to the home.

    Condo is terrific - high quality furnishings and very comfortable. Heat was not working in the living room and it was cold without solar heating during the day or a fire at night. Thermostat did not work and was not really solved while we were there or it would have been a higher rating

    This is our second time staying in this beautiful townhouse, and we had another wonderful ski trip to Beaver Creek. This rental has everything you need; it is very clean and beautifully maintained. The townhouse is in an excellent location, positioned perfectly between Beaver Creek and Vail, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had an amazing trip and hope to return again next year.

    Nice views. Next to Nottingham Park and walking trails was a huge plus for us. Covered parking will come in handy during the winter. We'll definitely be back!

    This townhome was very clean, and very quiet! The home was super comfortable, including all of the beds. We have never stayed at rental that was better equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, and “sharp” knives!! We also really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was — from seasonings, to olive oil, pancake syrup and more. Lastly, the property is only a 5 minute drive to a parking lot that takes skiers to Beaver Creek resort. We look forward to returning next year!
