Modern Lake Hamilton Condo w/180° Lakefront View-Main Channel, Central Location!

Condo was very nice and the balcony view of the fireworks was awesome!

The condo was a Gem. Everything was perfect. The balcony was very relaxing and right over the water. Very clean. Frank was the perfect host. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or condo. PERFECT EXPERIENCE!

Loved everything about our stay. The condo was clean, close to restaurants and shopping, the beds were super comfortable and the views from the deck did not disappoint. Frank, our host created a beautiful space where our family could just put up our feet and relax.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and orderly and everything you need for a small family: full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and even a washer and dryer.

It was a very nice clean condo. The view was very nice. Had so much room.

We loved everything about this property. The views were amazing. The property slept comfortably even the couch in the great room was a comfortable. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Rental was very clean and host was very responsive.A few things that would improve the unit IMO are:A few more pillows (Only two, sort of flat pillows per bed.)Some towel bars in the bathrooms. There are 2 hooks by the showers.Some hand towels.

Frank has a beautiful, relaxing and very clean place. It was even nicer than the pictures. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Beautiful condo with amazing views.

The condo was nice and clean, but the kitchen sponges were dirty and used. Luckily, I had brought my own sponge. Otherwise everything was nice and clean. Plenty of extras were provided such as dish washer soap, laundry detergent, and bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The views were nice from the balcony and the patio furniture was comfortable. The host allowed us to check in early which was wonderful.

Excellent stay. The rental was clean and comfortable. The host was communicative and friendly. Check in was easy. The rental is situated between many restaurants that made the stay even better. The sunset view is the best part of the unit. Highly recommend.

We did enjoy our stay. The property was clean and roomy enough. We did, however think there could have been some throws for cuddling up on the sofa at night. There was only one small/lightweight throw in the primary bedroom. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the beds, and the pillows that were there were not very fluffy. The towels that were there were of decent quality, but there were no hand towels.We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living area and the primary bedroom/bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom was a bit tight. The closets are a plus, as they are very roomy. The blind on the entry door does not go all the way down, so that is a concern because someone on the outside can see inside the property. One issue we encountered that was disappointing was we were unable to use the advertised tub. When we drew water for a bath our first night (half tub of water only, so no overflow) water leaked into the air vent of the condo below us. This meant that one person in our party who only takes baths had to take a shower both nights. The property manager did say a plumber would be coming to fix the problem after our departure. It seems as if there would have been some sort of compensation for not being able to use the tub during the stay, but there was not.These are a few ways to make the stay even better, but overall we really did enjoy our stay.

Immediately i knew it was perfect. The kitchen and linens provided were perfect. Hosts were readily available and very communicative. Our family has stayed all around Lake Hamilton and this condo is our favorite

The condo was great. Everything was in order. The view of the lake was great even though the water is down this time of year. The hosts communication was perfect.

Frank, the host, was extremely quick to respond to all questions. It was very spacious, clean, and suited our needs. I even cooked a small holiday meal there! The accommodations were fairly basic, and I would suggest better/more pillows on the bed and sofa, maybe a throw blanket or two. But it was comfortable, regardless.

The outside of the property is older. But, the inside of the condo is beautiful and very modern. Everything was very clean and well put together. So big and spacious, we really enjoyed staying there. Frank, the owner was very easy to work with. We will return in the future!!!

Super Clean Condo! This condo was the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in thus far. The patio area is huge, beautiful, and even spider free in the middle of the summer! Usually when I stay by the lake naturally the patio area have some spider webs but this one did not. I loved it so much. The master bed room is massive and the jetted tub was clean. Not a spot on it. Location was great. Seeing the water sports action on the lake was also a huge plus. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay with a toddler! I didn’t have to stress over anything being breakable, which is a major bonus. The place was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 3. It’s located about 15-20 minutes from downtown depending on the time of the day. Lots of food options and the Kroger nearby is very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Condo has the perfect decor and view for lakeside living. Just the perfect size for the two of us, however it certainly would accommodate more. We found everything we needed, very well Stocked with Kitchen & Bath supplies. The Elevator was a must for us celebrating 75 year olds and 45 years as best friends. Quiet! Very Nice! Our Host was Most Helpful in everyway! Calling or texting whenever we had questions.

Frank was an amazing host. All correspondence was timely and friendly and included the info we needed. We felt very secure in the condo the whole weekend. The pictures are truly accurate of the accommodations! The condo is clearly well cared for and in good shape. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you’re like me and need ALL the pillows! The extra touches of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both bathrooms was so appreciated. The refrigerator has an ice dispenser and filtered water- so nice to not have to bring your own water! The view is peaceful, be aware the lake has so definite early birds on Saturday mornings- and I’m talking boats! Great proximity to so many great places to eat- but secluded if you want to get away from it all. I would highly recommend this rental and host. Thank you Frank!

Loved this super clean condo with a nice 3rd story large balcony over looking Lake Hamilton. Very well appointed condo with comfortable beds. All the comforts of home.Easy access to downtown Hot Springs.Owner very responsive. Would stay at again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great for being able to relax and enjoy the views of the lake, while at the same time being close to everything we wanted to do. The lodging was top notch. Extremely clean and well stocked. We would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

The property is in a great location along the lake. It is close by to the main road in Hot Springs where most of the restaurants and shops are located. The property was very clean! We enjoyed our stay!

Even during the crazy Arkansas weather and storms, we enjoyed a wonderful night with my fiancé and his family from New York. Frank’s condo was beautiful and had everything you need.

Beautiful condo...very clean & nicely equipped...fantastic views from the deck. Frank responds very quickly to any questions, etc.

We enjoyed our stay; the condo was clean and quiet, and we loved the balcony with views of Lake Hamilton, which was great for a weekend family getaway.

The condo was just as advertised and very clean when we arrived. It's close enough to downtown, Oaklawn and Garvan Gardens...but far enough away to enjoy some quiet relaxation. Frank was very responsive and we would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Hot Springs area.

Our stay was great. No complaints.
