Modern Island Studio in a spectacular location on Kauai’s lovely North Shore

Good vacation. A few (very) minor issues, but Kimberlee was very responsive and hospitable.

All good. Clean, safe, comfortable, ease of booking, great communication.

Comfort. Little extra touches. Lawn chair. Air conditioning and fan. Great location on North Side. Access to pool. King sized bed.

Our stay was great! I really enjoyed the items that were included like chairs and bags and scuba gear. Saved us some hassle.

Kimberlee’s place was just what we needed. She was very quick to respond to any requests and was willing to go above and beyond to make us comfortable. It was a great place to clean up and rest after each day of hiking and beaching in Kauai!

I can only say I wished I could have stayed longer. It has all the feel and location of a resort stay without the resort price. I felt very welcome and check in process was seamless. I highly recommend.

This compact but perfectly equipped studio for 2 was just right for our needs for several days before meeting up with friends and moving to a larger venue. The overhead fan and light unit was not completely functional and the very heavy bedframe needed adjusting, but neither one of these things resulted in a significant issue for us. Host was amazing and accommodating when we arrived a little later than expected. Very clean space and perfect for me and my fiancée to come and go while exploring the island. Great location to explore North Shore beaches. Our host was most welcoming! Very comfortable accommodations. We slept so well! Our host provided great recommendations. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay and beach adventures was provided. We cooked breakfast and had takeout from the local Foodland. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or grill as we were more interested in the beaches but they looked good too.

Kimberlee was an amazing host! Anything we needed, the communication was super quick and all of our needs met. The room is so peaceful — I loved reading my book out on the Lanai. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a great place to stay. The extras that were included such as the snorkeling gear and the chairs made the trip amazing. The cooking grill and coffee pot were very appreciated. Place was super clean as well.

We loved our stay at Kimberlee's studio. The apartment was clean spacious with plenty of room for our luggage. The lanai was perfect for sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the bird sounds. Kimberlee and Malana were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay again. The pool area was relaxing and never crowded. We even had the hot tub to ourselves one night. We enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and found the parking lot to be very convenient.

Kimberlee is honestly the best host! She is so personable and is there if you ever need anything! The place? Absolutely gorgeous! A beautifully remodeled and aesthetic place with AC, a full size fridge, a table and seating, nice kitchen and any appliances you need. Also, the thing that surprised me the most when both my fiancé and I walked in the door was the GORGEOUS large patio! Decorated with string lights, a little table and 2 chairs to have a nice meal and enjoy the outdoors, comfy seating, and overall amazing vibes. Kimberlee also provides a few extra things for you adventures in Princeville and beyond. She provides snorkels and flippers, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more. Not only that, she is prepared for the small situations as well. She provides umbrellas and ponchos (it was POURING rain on our last day and those definitely came in handy!), guide books, first aid kit, etc. 10/10 recommend this place! My fiancé and I plan to come back to Kauai for our honeymoon and will definitely be staying with Kimberlee here again :)

We had a wonderful stay in the studio! Close to everything, the charm of the North shore and beaches! Our host was very accommodating and always prompt to answer any questions! The space had everything you needed to make a few meals or relax on the lanai! Loved the decor!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for what we wanted to do and all communication was responsive. The kitchenette was just big enough to allow us to cook some meals in and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs for our excursions. We absolutely love this place! We just came in January and can’t wait to go back again. Kimberlee is an incredible host. She is so sweet and he’s very communicative. The condo has everything you need here! It’s so nice to not have to pack all of the beach stuff, umbrellas etc. The unit is very clean with nice decor. We loved being able to sit on the shaded balcony with plants all around. The area is superb! Very quiet and Very classy neighborhood . We love the North Shore. 10 ranking Thank you so much! We will be back as soon as we can to Paradise!!

Great place to stay for our north shore adventures. Condo was well-appointed with all the little extras that we forgot we needed. The pool was a nice option and refreshing for a dip after our outings. Kimberlee checked in with us and was very welcoming.

Kimberlee’s condo was perfect for our time on the north shore. The studio is comfortable and well-appointed with everything needed for beach days and spending time exploring Kauai’s beauty. Kimberlee is also a fantastic host: incredibly helpful and responsive. Its so easy to recommend as a place for a couple to stay while visiting Kauai.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for four nights during our North Shore adventure on Kaua'i, as first-time visitors and honeymooners. The studio was clean and serene. We looked forward to relaxing on the lanai for leisurely mornings and breezy evenings. The property is well-appointed for beach excursions and located in a great location close to groceries at Foodland, within walking distance to Queen's Bath, and a short drive to Hanalei Bay and the surrounding shoreline. Kimberlee was easy to communicate with and listed some solid recommendations in the property guide. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Kimberlee the hostest,could not of been kinder or more helpful. ..I found her to be genuine and very caring.. ..I stayed for 2 weeks in this little bungalow with my grandson and it was ideal !! We hiked in the daytime and then came back to the pool. Swimming & hot tub combo was terrific.... I loved it ! It had all the basics we needed, and even a little porch to eat on and feel the breeze...great location..great hostest..There wasn't a downside !

We came to visit our daughter who lives on Oahu. We all decided to spend a few days in Kauai. This property was terrific! Kimberlee was very communicative. Had a little mix up on arrival, but I really appreciated her responsiveness and quick remedy. The place was very clean, and I have extremely high standards for cleanliness. What I really loved were all of the extras that were provided. Beach towels and chairs, a small cooler, hiking poles, umbrellas, fins and more!!! You can really tell that Kimberlee loves her property and cares for the people who stay there.

Cozy little place in Princeville. Place was super clean and well managed with a beautiful spacious lanai we were able to enjoy our meals on. Host was super sweet and accommodating to our needs with checkout. Would definitely book with this host again when given the chance! Mahalo nui loa

I stayed at this delightful studio in Princeville for 8 nights while exploring the gorgeous North Shore of Kauai. This was an ideal location: very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville and a great base for day trips to Hanalei, Ha'ena, and Kilauea. The studio was so comfortable and spacious, with a lovely lanai for relaxing and dining. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a delight to wake to the sound of birdsong. I never used the air conditioning because it wasn't hot and the ceiling fans were so pleasant, but it was available. The studio also had a nicely supplied kitchen and all kinds of beach items like chairs and snorkel equipment. Everything was spotless and decorated with style and care. I didn't want to leave! And Kimberlee was a wondeful host, so kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Kimberlee for the warm welcome and peaceful stay!

Loved it! Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished studio. Nice little balcony area to relax. Beach gear was handy. Close to Hanalei Bay and all the beaches on the north side.

Great condo, clean, everything in good shape, a small kitchen area, a super comfortable large bed in which we slept wonderfully and new bathroom with large shower. What we enjoyed most was the large lanai that we used as a living and dining room. In addition, everything you need for the beach is available. But the icing on the cake was our hostess Kimberlee. She took great care of us before and during our stay and was always available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the North Shore and the condo was lovely to come home to each night. The pictures do not do it justice. The decor is charming and fresh, the place is spotless, and the air conditioning was refreshing. If I could make one suggestion it would be to provide a portable fan as the bathroom area gets stuffy even with the air conditioner. The place is well-appointed and Kimberlee is a terrific host. The condo is in the Sand Piper community within Princeville.

Kimberlee was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our requests. The place was perfect for a stay on the north side of the island and was a relaxing end to fun days exploring.

I stayed at this property solo for a few days. It was exactly as described and extremely well appointed and clean. The sun porch was nice to hang out on. I went to the pool a couple of times and it was well kept and not crowded. I would stay again and recommend it for either solo travel or a couple that plans to be out sightseeing and doesn't require a ton of extra space.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The king bed was very comfortable with a nice fan overhead. A/C worked perfectly. We loved the lanai to enjoy dinner and just relax. The use of beach chairs and snorkel equipment was very helpful. Kimberlee was always available for any questions and the check-in was super easy. A great place to stay!

Well appointed small condo to enjoy for a few nights. Very comfortable bed with large fan overhead. Lanai is square with comfy chairs for relaxing & small table for dining - like a family room outside. Kitchen area has all you need for breakfast or lunch, fridge is large for a studio place. Heard some noise by neighbors tho not very late. Pool & hot tub pretty nice, close by

We stayed three nights at Kimberlee’s cute studio. There was designated parking, pool towels and beach chairs… all things one would need for a relaxing vacation! The lanai was perfect for working in the morning and reading at night! There was enough kitchen utensils that we did not have to buy anything. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking around !

Kimberlee was a great host and her studio was a perfect stay for my partner and me. The communication and check in was all easy. A dedicated parking spot was great. The studio has everything you need for your stay. Kimberlee also had beach equipment for use which was very handy. The studio was comfortable and more than enough space for two people, with a nice balcony. There are plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. We were there in January so the weather in northern Kauai was kind of chilly, and the beaches aren't super swimmable in this area at that time of year apparently. If you are doing things in southern Kauai it may be a long drive (1-1.5 hours), just something to keep in mind. It's very close to Na'apali Coast park though. We'd definitely stay at Kimberlee's again if we wanted to go back to Princeville.

Kimberlee was wonderful, she was very attentive to our needs. We were there on our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more perfect..The bed was soooo comfortable , cottage was very clean, it was great having a parking place, we got a chance to use the ocean toys and snorkel gear provided. We really enjoyed having coffee in the morning and a nice drink at sunset out on the lanai.The beaches on the North shore are wonderful and very relaxing. And there was plenty of supplies. As you can tell we can’t say enough about the quaint , comfortable cottage. Thank you Kimberlee we will definitely stay here next time we are on the island

My daughter and fell in love with this condo! From the moment I booked this vacation, I knew I had made the right decision. Kimberlee was so helpful and accommodating. She was so helpful and patient when I had to make some changes. The condo is amazing!! I have been to Kauai 3 times and this was definitely my favorite place. I will definitely be returning. I just love being in Princeville. It is so beautiful and peaceful. The condo is exactly as pictured but they don’t do it justice. The personal touches and plants made it feel so inviting. The outside patio is so relaxing. You will truly love this place! Thank you Kimberlee!!

If you’re looking to stay in the North Shore—this place will not disappoint! It went above and beyond our expectations, and had everything we needed for our week-long stay to explore and bask on the beaches of Kauai. The aesthetic patio/lanai was our favorite part of the place and we enjoyed slow mornings with tea and light breakfast. The apartment is conveniently located near beautiful must-visit beaches, historic areas, and delicious restaurants. Kimberlee is a fantastic host and did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable. She’s super accommodating and would love to return again for another stay in the future :)

This stay was simply wonderful and everything as expected. The property is fantastic and the location is magical. The grounds and the surrounding areas are great if you like to jog and enjoy a beautiful view. The location in proximity to Hanalei is unmatched. Bed was beyond comfortable and the lanai was an oasis in itself. Kim made everything so comfortable and I would come and stay again in a heartbeat!

Made plans last second, and was so happy to find a clean, tropically decorated place I could afford!

The North Side is lovely. We chose the location for proximity to the Danali Coast/hiking which was amazing! We had expected/hoped the beach access to be better/easier but we did find our way to Sea Lodge Beach (thorough private property!) and Hideaways. Both are very steep climbs down/up and not for the faint-hearted. The studio was very clean and it was nice to have poles, chairs etc available. In terms of food, plan to have breakfast or light lunch as it is a little challenging to make dinner (although ordering in works).

What a great place. The nearness to the beaches on North Shore is excellent with ability to hike right from the place. Kimberlee was so great at communicating from start to finish. The only thing we needed was a bigger kitchen knife to cut up some of our Hawaiian fruit… we did not use the snorkeling gear as it was a little rough and rainy during our stay. All other gear was awesome….

After having a few adventurous days on the south side, I came up north for some quiet relaxation and got that with this condo. The lanai was my favorite part of the condo. It was spacious, comfortable, breezy, and relatively private with the shade down. It was perfect to drink coffee on in the morning, or to enjoy some takeout in the evenings. If you want a place on the north shore that is calm and relaxing, this is the perfect location.

The studio is very cozy and located in a very nice and quiet community. The patio provides extra space to enjoy the meals and to relax at night. The place also provides all the necessary water activities gears, such as, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, boogies boards. The host, Kimberlee always provide timely responses and offers helps. Enjoyed the stay.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! It was quiet, clean, beautiful, and RELAXING!! It came with serval amenities both indoor (cookware and guide books) as well as outdoor (beach chairs, cooler, snorkels). The lanai was our favorite place to start the day drinking tea and coffee and to end the day eating dessert under the party lights! Kimberlee was an AMAZING host who was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had! She was always friendly and had a great sense of humor! We will defiantly recommend this spot to our friends and family who head to Kauai!

The stay at Kimberlee's Piece of Paradise was all we could have asked for and more. The place is just as adverstised- just spacious enough to make the stay cozy. We really enjoyed the outdoor lanai for having all of our meals and hanging out in the evenings. Having all of the beach stuff there was also incredible- we were able to pack up the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella and quickly head out to enjoy all the nearby beaches. The hiking poles were an unexpected blessing and really came in handy on some of the tougher hikes we did! As a cherry on top, Kimberlee is an exceptional host. She lives in the suite just across from this and was incredible about checking in if we needed anything. If we come back to Kaua'i, we'll absolutely be staying here again!

It was perfect. The location allowed easy access to Hanalei and Kīlauea. Plenty of space and the amenities helped save money. The Snorkel gear was GREAT. The place was very clean and the vibe was perfect. The Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better time on the North side of Kauai thanks to the Host and their amazing place.

The place was clean and wrll taken care of. It was a lityle hard to find in the dark so i recommend doing it with daylight left. Communication was quick. No issues for us. Wed stay here again!

It had all the amenities. If you want to go to a place on North Shore, looking for some time alone and want access to a pool a hot tube, this is the place for you!

This island is truly paradise, and as I told the host Kimberlee we would have loved to stay....forever...in this perfect condo. Every detail was satisfied, including cleanliness, comfort, beach fun, and even some basic kitchen neccessities. The location was amazing on the iconic North Shore and we enjoyed the beautiful beaches, Hanalei restaurants and shops, and farmer's markets. Kimberlee was the best host- we even had a tropical storm issue while we were there and she was so helpful and responsive, supporting us every step of the way to make potential travel plan changes. The outside porch was our favorite part of the unit. We will most certainly be back.

We spent a week in this lovely studio apartment in Princeveille. The apartment was closely located to Hanelei and it was easy to travel to areas such as Lithue airport. The apartment was nicely furnished with rattan furniture. We ate our meals out on the private lanai. There is also a pool within the neighborhood, a grocery store, golf course and beaches within walking distance. Kimberlee was responsive if we had any questions about the area. Overall, a great experience!!

Our stay was everything we were looking for and more. From booking to checking out the process was seamless. Kimberlee was very responsive and has a heart of gold. From the minute you open the door you can tell the amount of love put into this beauty. The decor was perfectly fit for Hawaii. The comfort of the room was on point. Make sure you take out time to sit on the beautiful patio and enjoy the breeze. As far as things you might need she had it all, including beach gear, kitchen items, and a fridge and freezer which we definitely used. The cleanliness of the property was 5 stars! We felt comfortable every moment we were there. This property topped off our honeymoon experience. We would recommend our friends and family to stay here.

The pictures don't do the property justice. The bed was super comfy, the towels soft and place was small but cozy. Everything you would need for 2 people. It is on the second floor but super quiet. Kimberlee is a great responsive host!

Staying here definitely enhanced our visit. This is a well maintained property with a host who actually cares. It was clean, comfortable, and in perfect proximity to all the best spots on the North Shore. This host goes above and beyond to provide assistance. We couldn’t have asked for better.
