Modern escape with amazing views, pool/hot tub access, & sound system - Dogs OK

Great spot..stayed for a week to see some concerts at cpa and sightsee..everything close and easy to get around

Great views and nice location. Watched the sunset from the couch. The only thing to be aware is that this place does not have AC, it is in the listing but wanted to note. We went in late September so we were good, left windows open and the unit had many fans for use. I would definitely stay again. Also check in was very easy. The front door people were so nice and helpful.

The view is incredible and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the market. We walked the waterfront every morning and had all of our meals in the market, it was fabulous. You must come ready to eat! The automatic window blinds seem to be troublesome. One was stuck down during our week visit, and maintenance could not fix it. The sofa is huge and comfy. The carpet is old and stained and should be replaced with flooring. The garage height is 2 inches lower than it claims to be and our Toyota Sequoia set off the alarm, even though we measured the height of our car in advance. So, we had to find alternate parking which was a hard and very expensive thing to do. Don't be scared off by the lack of AC, even on a 90 degree day we did not miss it (because of the plug in fans provided). Seattle weather is just so different! We would stay here again.

The views really were stunning! The sunset! Looking out the windows never got old. We ooh'd and ahh'd during our entire stay. The location was perfect if you are a fan of Pike's Place Market. We walked the waterfront every morning and then got breakfast and coffee in the market. It is a special place to be before the crowds come. I think we ate every meal in the market! We walked to the Aquarium, to the Space Needle and Seattle Center, and to lots of shopping. The listing clearly states that there is no AC, and I was nervous on a 90 degree day, but it was fine and there were lots of plug in fans. Open windows and fans were all we needed. All of the window shades but one were operable. The carpet is grossly stained and should be replaced immediately, or better yet, have hardwood floors throughout. A note at the entry asks us to remove our shoes, but who would walk barefoot on that carpet?? Anyway, we would definately stay here again (I'd bring slippers) and I advise you to ask in advance the status of the window shades.

Location and views made this apartment the downtown gem. Having the convenience of a market down on the bottom floor was perfect. Wi-Fi went out intermittently making working a little difficult, but would stay here again.

Amazing views,perfect location and friendly staff. The perfect home away from home. I'm sure I'll be booking it again.

Beautiful view, but it had several lights that were burnt out, was lacking some cleaning. Coffee pot had moldy filter with coffee in it, washing machine was dirty, hair on shower floor

We really enjoyed our week’s stay; super comfy layout, everything we needed - and more. Enjoyed the location and beautiful sunsets. Property manager and team couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was amazing. Convenient to everything. Breathtaking views of Puget sound.

The location and views of this property are the best! Everything is close, and walkable. The Target store was super convenient. The condo shows its age a little. A recessed light was hanging out of the ceiling, and the carpet shows some age, but was easy to overlook that for the other benefits. The rooftop deck was a bonus, offering great views. All staff in the building were friendly!

Overall, nice property! Carpet needs to be cleaned/replaced. Air conditioning would be a plus. View is spectacular! Great location! We weren't contacted by property manager until the day of arrival, while in flight. A call the day before would be perfect.
