Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options of the highest quality just a short walk out the front door. This Property features a high-end luxury finish with ash wood flooring throughout, 4K flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms all with Roku and YouTubeTV, American Leather pull-out sleeper sofa with queen size Premier Mattress, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Simply park your car and leave it there while you walk outside to enjoy all the Durango has to offer!

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    Location was great, near the train station and Main Ave. The entry was tricky late at night, as I had to enter a code to get the garage door to open and there was no light to view the keypad in a dark alley. There are 3 different codes to enter as you go from garage, to elevator, and unit door, and that was slightly confusing. The master BR has a bed on a 12 platform, which is dangerous in the dark when unaccustomed. The AC can only be set to 70 degrees or higher.

    Property was nice, we enjoyed being able to cook some meals and walk to eat in town. Train station was close by. Wish there had been drapes or window covering on windows/doors over looking balcony! Morning light woke some of us up very early! We will definitely stay here again! ?

    Great location and excellent communication from property management. The apartment was spotless and well stocked. Our elderly mother found it difficult to get into the high bed in the small bedroom which was made more difficult by the nearest light being too far away from the bed, so it would have been nice to have a small lamp on the bedside table so she didn’t have to climb in the dark. Besides the bed issue, our stay was great!

    It also started with the code to get in the unit. It was not complete. We were fortunate to run into the cleaning service and they explained what needed to be done. Next the smoke detector on the second night keep on beeping. Call maintenance and left a message. No response. Call again the next day and it was taken care of. Overall I would not recommend this to family or friends.

    Great property and the dedicated covered parking is awesome! Only reason for 4 stars is the upstairs neighbors were loud when walking around and their kid ran laps back and forth from 6am untill 11pm (while we were inside)

    We loved staying at this apartment in Downtown Durango! It was super cozy during the cold weather and easy to access. Great kitchen space for guests who love to cook! We will definitely be staying here again.

Just as pictured. Huge main bedroom and bathroom. Couldn’t work out the TVs, but didn’t matter. Would have been lovely to have had coffee provided.

    We really appreciated being so close to Main Street, the train, and our fav restaurants. The property manager was amazing with great communication and kindness. The place was very clean and had all the right things in the kitchen too cook.
