Stayed May 1, 2026This is our first time staying in this unit and we would stay again for sure. We had a view of the ocean while sitting on the couch. There is grass right outside the slider and you’re steps from the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a coffee pot, but no Keurig type. The bed was very comfortable. There are extra blankets and sheets. There are fans in the closet which we used in the bedroom. The parking for the unit was close to the unit. While it is a ground unit you do have to walk up a few stairs and then down again so if you have mobility issues that might be a concern.

Stayed Apr 13, 2026Very nice condo with a great view of the beach. Everything in condo was very clean and well organized. Grounds are very well maintained and were like a resort. Pool and spas are very nice and plenty of chairs. Parking was gated and also very nice. Will definitely stay in this unit again. Added bonus is walkable to many restaurants and marina.

It doesn’t get better. This was by far one of our favorite stays at North Coast Village. Love this property because it is gated, very clean, and has assigned parking. Management team was quick to respond and very helpful.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The location and OC is always a good get away for us. we’ve stayed in several different units but love the marina facing the best. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the sand. I would encourage the prop mgr to remind renters of the ants in the area and the units. Out of towners aren’t traveling with food containers and this is a MUST. Prop Mgr was helpful and good on communication.
