Modern Condo @ Zenith in Zona Romantica | 2 Baths, Pool, Gym

Staff was very friendly, felt secure, but not an overly aggressive or pushy staff enforcing rules or anything. Close to everything. Had everything we needed.

The good: perfect location, nice staff, great rooftop pool, easy check in and out, 2 bathrooms, decent bed, washer and dryer in unit, filtered water throughout the apartment that was safe to drink.The not so great: The interior design was an afterthought. The place was too expensive to have half of a sectional and a futon that were both very uncomfortable as the only place to sit. The internet was slow and dropped in and out, and it didn’t work in the bedroom at all.If the living room furniture and the WiFi were improved the place would be perfect.

This condo is nice and in a good area of town to walk to restaurants and the beach. We did not have hot water the first 3 days, but they did get that fixed. The bed was very comfortable, the unit was very clean, nice granite countertops, large shower, and balcony. There is no antenna or cable tv channels, but it is a smart tv so you can sign onto your personal accounts to stream content. Pool was clean and nice. Was nice to have washer and dryer. Unit had nice big pool towels.

The condo was overall a good place for us. A couple of things that we didn't like. There was pigeon crap all over the balcony everyday so really wasn't useable unless we cleaned it up. Very strict building on allowing other people in. We traveled with another couple, but they stayed in another building. We wanted pool days together, but our place would not allow it, so we used their pool in the building kitty corner without any issues. Still a great place to stay.

We were very happy with the location and amenities of the property but there is a severe Pigeon problem. Our deck was unusable without a daily cleaning. Therefore we choose not to use it. We felt the cleaning supplies to remove the Pigeon poop should be different than to clean the household.

First off - my contact with the property management company, Aurora was amazing. Very communicative and fast to reply. Unfortunately, there was a lot to call about. I like to check in and not have to communicate with the host other to say hi and bye! This was not the case on this trip. The condo is nice, but I don't believe it is maintained to the best degree. I think they wait to fix things when they break, rather than perform preventative maintenance. The air conditioner motor broke. I was told I could still use it but it made a really loud sound. It wasn't something I wanted to hear. The oven didn't work. I didn't bother calling about that. The toilet leaked. One of the air conditioning remotes stopped working (it was replaced). You get the gist. If you are someone who values privacy, this is not the condo for you. The drapes in the living room are sheer, so the folks across the street can see into the unit at night if lights are on. I like sheer curtains, but there should be some sort of darker curtain or blinds to block the ability for neighbors to see inside the unit. There is another building directly across from the unit so there are lots of folks across the way. The pool area is nice and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. (Curtains in bedroom do allow light in). Shower pressure is amazing. I would have given it a higher review if not for all of the issues.

This is a newer building with an amazing rooftop pool. They even picked me up from the airport. The staff was great! Close to everything! Highly recommend.

The Zenith condo is a great location, safe and well managed. Pool is wonderful. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We have stayed in Zenith a half dozen times and this unit lacks some of amenities we have been accustomed to. It is adequate.

Rooftop pool was amazing..great staff. Convenient to restaurants.

Our condo was clean, very responsive staff and wonderful property people. Very easy booking, payments, check in and check out. The rooftop was very relaxing. We will definitely stay at this location again.
