Clean and close to everything

The house was very clean, front door lock is not very good. The pictures of the furniture is not what is in the place.

Stay was wonderful. Very clean and quiet

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to the condo! It is very nicely decorated. The pictures need to be updated as it does not do the unit justice. The only complaint we had was the code to access the unit was way too long. However I called and the rep was able to provide a key which was prefect! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place to stay in Tybee.

The only complaint we had was the door access code was really long and to know you had to enter it each time would have been a pain. I called and they were able to get us access a key which was prefect! This condo is really cute and was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate out daughter's birthday. It is close to everything the pier, restaurants, shopping and the beach!

I love Tybee Island; but not this place or management company.

This stay started fine. I've stayed at this condo previously and enjoyed the location, cleanliness and accommodations. However, half way into my 6 night stay the air conditioner went out. I contacted the management company multiple times and there was no effort to fix the problem for the remainer of my stay. I was without air conditioning in mid-July. After returning home and asking for a partial refund, there was no response. I'm done with renting places which have a management company. Do yourself a favor and don't consider this condo if you want a relaxing and comfortable trip.

The only complaint I have is the guest bedroom t.v. wasn't connected to the wall. It appeared that the unit was recently remodeled. The furniture and flooring changed from the pictures. All differences where improvements. The tv was moved to a different wall thus making it unusable. However we where at the beach so nothing to cry about.

Everything was great. For the 5 hrs I was in it was great. My husband and friends said it was great. Clean, well maintained. Perfect for a weekend away.

I thought it would be facing the beach, since it advertised to be on the beach. However, it was about a block walk to the beach. Otherwise it was fine. I would have liked a bath mat in the tub or a hand bar for safety.

Great spot right by the beach. Loved that it was a short walk to the beach considering we had two kids in tow. It was quiet also which is also a plus. Close to stores and restaurants. We didn't have to drive anywhere or pay for parking. Will definitely book again next time we're planning a trip.

Condo was clean and comfortable; only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plenty of history in the area to visit. We will definately be back.

Absolutely loved our stay!!

Great location, convenient to all, and close to the beach. Comfortable and quiet, all the necessities covered.

This would’ve been a great day. However, the property management company was completely unresponsive to our needs. We were given stained towels and towels that smelled like they had been stored in an ashtray. The property management company first told us to wash them in the washer, but there was no soap. Then they told us someone was coming with more towels and they never showed up. We finally received towels at around 4 PM the night before we were leaving and we had already been there for two days. The location was great the place needed some updating, but otherwise was fine. However, the property management company made this stay absolutely terrible. I would not stay in any property that is managed by the casa.

Overall a positive experience. Great location and communication. Main living area was clean. Bathroom and bedroom are in need of updates. My partner did fall in tub/shower of 5he queen bathroom. I recommend something is placed on the tub floor to minimize this risk. She is fine. Again overall great experience.

Only about a block away from the beach access and pier! The location was great for the price but point! It was clean and comfy for our family of 4. A few random things to note: only 2 beach towels are provided so if you have more than 2 people you may need to bring your own, there is a bar of soap in the bathroom but no liquid hand soap so you may want to get your own, and the secondary bedroom faces the main staircase so you can sometimes hear your neighbors walking around but overall very happy with our stay and would recommend! These are just things to note

I liked the space and the distance to restaurants and beach was pretty close.

Great location and super clean! Had every we needed for a long weekend. The only flaws are that the tppliances are difficult to use (stove knobs worn off and dishwasher not installed correctly) and tubs drain very slowly.
