This beautiful and cozy new apartment features two bedrooms, including a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a full-size bed in the guest room. With two bathrooms, a futon for additional guests, TVs, AC in all rooms, cable TV, high-speed wireless WiFi, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer, you'll have all the comforts of home. The spacious dining room and comfortable living room offer ample space for relaxation.

Conveniently located just a 300-meter walk to Medano Beach, and close to Walmart, Cabo San Lucas downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores, you'll have easy access to everything you need for a fantastic vacation.



We welcome pets, ensuring that your furry friends can join in on the fun. A pet fee of $100 USD per pet will be charged, and certain pet rules apply.



Please note that the Riu beach is not suitable for swimming. For swimming, head to Hotel Me at Medano Beach and follow the recommendations of the Mexican Marina regarding beach flags and warnings. Check the weather forecast before your arrival, as weather conditions in Cabo can be severe.



Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of $150 USD will be requested. Parties are not allowed, as the building is family-oriented. One parking spot is available for regular-sized cars.



The main renter must be at least 25 years old, ensuring a pleasant and responsible stay for all guests.

Head up to the rooftop and enjoy our shared pool with stunning ocean views! It’s the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, or meet other travelers. Start your mornings with coffee by the pool or wind down with a sunset swim.



The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to medano beach, near to costco, Walmart and office depot. 2 miles from downtown, 40 minutes from the San Jose del Cabo Airport



Getting Around:

We have one parking spot for your convenience. However there are taxis and buses to go around. Always is great to rent a car to move freely



Other Things to Note:

They are building a new complex just next to our bulding , there will be construction workers and maybe noises during day working hours. The Riu beach is not suitable for swimming, you will need to walk to Hotel Me in order to swim at Medano Beach and follow the Mexican Marina recommendations about the Beach flags warnings. We do not control that like the weather. Please be aware that weather can be severe in cabo. Check on the weather before your arrival.



We will just request your id and passport to fill an agreement contract for your check inn. We will fill it and have it ready at your arrival. Rules must followed. Parties not Allowed, Not allowed get in the pool with regular cloth, must use bath suite all the time. Our properties are protected by Safeguest, please note that once you have booked , you will be contacted by Safeguest directly to verify yourself, please make sure this is complete prior to check in.

Enjoy Cabo in this amazing villa. For your security we have cameras outside the apartment and the ring in the front door. There are also cameras outside the gated community surveillance.
