Modern Business/Family Condo, close to airport and Reno Convention Center

Check in was super easy and our host was responsive. Ground floor apartment, allows pets, well-stocked kitchen and a full pantry. Unfortunately, the back door lock and handle are broken, and the security lock at the bottom of the door is the only way to lock it. We couldn’t find the instrument to do that, so we rigged up a method. Back patio area advertised as clean, good for pets, however the patio table wasn’t wiped down, garbage/trash in the backyard not cleaned up. The grill was dirty. Front storm door handle falls off. Dusty and dirty floors. Spilled a bit of water and when wiped up the paper towel was black. Not modern but central location.

Great spot. Perfect couples accommodation. We enjoyed sooo much better than a hotel.

This non-vacation visit was simplified because the condo had everything needed and more. The location is close to everything you may need. I definitely recommend this condo whether for fun, work or personal reasons.

This place was great and fully stocked with all cooking items you may need! The roads were under construction and blocked off so that was difficult as we had car haul trailers but other than that for a normal situation there is plenty of parking.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was well equipped for all our needs. The management was on the ball when needed and it was close to everything local. The facilities were well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet.

Nice place for a stay in Reno. We were going to be going to the convention center so, this was a good spot to stay with kids and close to the convention center, food and shopping. The pool at the complex was closed for reapirs, but Christine (our host) gave us some great recommendations for water parks and local pools. It was clean and cozy and we had a great time!

The home was perfect for our stay in Reno. Great location near the airport, convention center, and restaurants. Clean comfy and well appointed. Christine was great to work with. Questions were answered immediately and checking in/out was a breeze. Hope the place is available during our next trip to Reno.

The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. The surroundings were quiet.

Our original VRBO cancelled on us with little time to spare. We were lucky to find this cozy place and it was better than our original booking. Very pleased with the location, space and having two bathrooms is a huge bonus. Our host had amazing communication and was very accommodating.
