The location is prime! Steps from the beach and walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants. The room was incredibly quiet (no noise at all from other rooms). The on-site resort manager was very friendly.

The location and amenities were perfect. The host was very accommodating. Communications were very thorough and timely. Any questions were responded to immediately. The unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed to host guests for beach days and dinners.

Good views, clean accommodations and overall a great place to stay!!

Nice location easy communication with host. We had a water problem from condo above, call Ed and maintenance guy was there in 20 minutes!!

First time doing an Air B&B, and this condo didn't disappoint!!! Beach front with pool & BBQ, had all the amenities of home. Everything was provided; Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella. Washer/dryer, parking spot, hair dryer. One free ticket to local excursion was a blessing!! Went to Dali Museum, and took the dinner boat cruise Excellent place to stay if you love the beach. Totally enjoyed my stay!!

This condo was perfect for a 3 night stay with my husband. Perfect beach access and walkable to many fun bars! Easy to find and get in/out and a seamless process checking in/out. Had everything we needed!

Condo was great exactly as described. Beach access and pool with hotel. Condo had few beach chairs which was really nice. Grocery store and restaurants near by. Had a really nice stay.

The location was perfect for our family. We barely used our car! Perfect beach access, great restaurants, very easy entrance and exit, and excellent contact with VRBO owner (as needed)! We would stay here again for sure!!

Property was clean with a convenient location and easy access to the beach! Owners were easy to communicate with and quickly provided beach towels when they were needed. Great trip!

Very nicely decorated condo with easy beach access. The bed was tall, a little hard to get into (I'm 5'4), but it was comfortable. Check in was easy, close to grocery store which was nice and easy to drive into St Pete. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place one of the few not hit by the hurricane! Great location! Only negative was the Wi-Fi needs to be updated!

The unit met our needs and the space was exactly as described. Overall unit was very clean but with a tile floor it did not appear that it was washed as there was some sand (minor). The only negative was that we had guests visit us a couple days for a few hours and there was no parking for them. Had to pay 5 hour at public lot

Great location just steps from the beach. Pool was open if you didn't want to go into the Gulf. Unit was nicely furnished, kitchen well set up with all the dishes, pots, pans and accessories. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus.Would recommend to others.

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway from the Michigan winter weather! We stayed here for 5 days in the glorious Florida sunshine. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed being right on the beach and just down the road from stores and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for anything more for jus the 2 of us!

This condo made our trip even better by its location. With the beach walkway right out the elevators, it allowed us the privilege to have daily morning beach trips and evening sunsets. morning wal

Good apartment right on the beach. Undercover parking. Pool use. A little old fashioned but clean. Your here for the beach and its right on it.

Our stay at the Gulf Strand resort exceeded our expectations. When booking, I was looking for a place on the beach within walking distance to places to eat/shop, this location was it! In addition the management itrip was super responsive by text to any questions we had and even allowed us a later checkout due to our later return flight!! Exceptional service! Email communication prior to our trip was super useful with links to transportation/attractions etc. It really helped us get a lay of the land prior to arriving. Everything has door codes which is nice not having to take a key to the beach. Place was clean and updated and a/c worked great for the hot days. Enjoyed being in a smaller resort, wasn’t crowded and nice views especially if you go to the 6th floor to overlook the beach. Would definitely stay here again as well as book through itrip.

I looked at lots of Tampa locations and landed on St. Pete Beach and it was perfect! Calm, quiet yet alive and everything I needed w/in a couple blocks. I didn’t rent a car, I rode a bike up and down the coast and this Condo was an amazing location right in the beach! Beautiful sunsets off deck, and private pool, hot tub and private gate was tremendous!
