The location is amazing, only steps from the beach. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining with an open living room concept featuring a balcony with a view. The bedroom and full bath is accessible through a small hallway.

Please note* Some first floor units are under construction due to last year hurricanes.

To get to this bright 2nd floor condo, you will enter through an interior hallway and climb just one set of stairs. We have electronic door locks for your ease and security, which makes even late checkins easy and no need to worry about a key. Once inside, you have an open living room and kitchen, with the balcony off the main living space. Inside of a small hallway is a well appointed bathroom and the bedroom. Just remodeled, you will enjoy ceiling fans, beachy decor, a high end sofa with gel memory foam pullout queen bed and new kitchen accessories.

As a part of the complex amenities, you also have access to the pool, shuffleboard courts, coin laundry, charcoal grills.

The beach is just steps away, across a beach access road and we do provide equipment for your enjoyment at the beach including chairs, towels, umbrella and beach cart. Bring your flip flops and enjoy this gem of a location!

Please Note* This is a 2nd floor condo and the complex does not have elevators. You must be able to walk up flights of stairs.

**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.

Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:

What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!

Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 years of age or older.
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events
- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.

- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

    Due to last years Hurricane the first floor of these building are currently under construction as is almost ever business in the area. Very close to the beach which is nice. Room was clean and owner rep was very responsive.

    The condo looks like the photos: Neat, clean and comfortable for 2 people. Great location for walking to beach, shops. We ate at Ricks Reff and Branzini-both walking distance. Pool is beautiful! Whole first floor of complex has hurricane damage so lots of construction, dumpsters and noise but it’s nice to see them rebuilding.

    Great location. Nice view. Clean property, all of the essentials. Perfect size for two people. Door lock easy to modify. A/C works perfectly.
