Modern, Beachy Condo With Tremendous Ocean Views

The condo was beautiful and view was excellent.

Great Ocean Condos/Property management was excellent!!! Very Responsive. I would stay with Great Ocean Condos anytime!!!Ebb Tide 502 needs some help. Two hours into our stay the chairs on the porch were so rusted out and one broke and my husband injured himself. (He's only 200 lbs) Sheets are so old they had fabric pills. All beds have body impressions and elastic was so old the sheets in the main bedroom they came off every night. We don't were shoes indoors and my white socks were black on the bottom after one hour. Kitchen had blender, air fryer etc but all were SUPER OLD. Two spotted stemless wine glasses. The view was great. Property was in a great location. I would NEVER pay the summer rate for this condo. Worst VRBO I have ever experienced.

Our stay went well, would stay there again.

Delightful and well-appointed unit with sweeping ocean views. We were impressed with the condition and apparent care given the both the condo and overall property. Convenient location and a nice option compared to the more crowded areas around Flagler.

I have traveled all over the world and extensively in Florida and used short term rental sites often. I have never had an experience like this before. I booked this rental less than a week before our schedule stay for the week of the 4th of July. We checked in on the 4th of July and were scheduled to stay until the 8th of July. On July 5th, one day after checking in, I received a text message from the property managers, Great Ocean Condos, informing us that the air conditioning would be shut off at 8am on July 6th through the evening of July 7th and offering us a refund for 1 day. I wrote them saying I could not stay in a unit without AC in the summer with 2 small kids including my newborn. They were slow to respond and did not offer another unit. We checked out the next morning, the 6th, before 8am. We found out from the on site management and maintenance team that the AC work had been scheduled for months. In other words, this unit owner knew that there was going to be substantial AC work being done on these days and he still marketed his unit and rented it without disclosing this to me or other potential renters. I asked for a refund and was told they agreed to giving me back $500 of the $1800 I paid. We didn’t even have 2 full days at the property and the 2nd day was exclusively dealing with great ocean condos, calling VRBO. To this day; we have not received a penny of our money back. DO not stay here or with a property managed by Great Ocean.

Extremely wonderful place to stay amenities to the hilt. Steps to the beach. Great restaurants all around the property is well-maintained. Highly recommend, we will be back..

I travel at least 2 times a year. I always use and trust VRBO. This time I found out afterwards this unit a 3rd party rental. NO Security on property . Charged me 2 times for my mini Shistzu dogs. Said it was a dog friendly resort. They DID NOT even provide a place for dogs to go potty. My dogs were locked in for 5 days. Unit was dirty. Your great view .HA HA . The windows were so dirty I had to wipe them to see. I have requested a refund .But have heard NOTHING from VRBO or EBB Tide REsort. Took 2 hours to get in unit.

It was a great condo, only criticism is that it is a bit dated. Needs the top covers and pillowcases replaced as they all had minor stains, same with the slip covers for the dining room chairs. All very minor issues as the location and view was amazing!
