Our stay at this beachfront condo in South Padre Island was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves just steps from our door. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and high-speed Wi-Fi. Waking up to sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico and enjoying coffee on the private balcony was the perfect way to start each day.The location is unbeatable. We were just a short walk away from local restaurants, beach bars, and fun attractions, yet the area still felt peaceful and private. Whether we were lounging on the beach, swimming in the pool, or simply relaxing inside, every moment felt like a true escape.The hosts were also incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay.If you're looking for the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, this beachfront gem is it. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was good, plenty of room, clean but could use new bedding. We couldn’t find the hot tub but other guests that we met at the pool showed us where it was, but you need a key to get in and out and our condo did not have a key. The pool was kept clean as was the property, great location and good proximity to the beach/board walk.

It was great except the weather...?

Condo has amazing views directly on the beach. We love to walk and it's location was central to shops and restaurants. The pool was warm for swimming and the west facing deck was wonderful for sunning and reading in the afternoon. Other condo guests were friendly and respectful. Our family had a great experience!

The place was very nice inside and was well stock. Communication with the owner was immediate and she you can tell she cared a lot about making us happy. The view is simply amazing, and awesome sunrises! The location is perfectly in the middle of the island, so you don’t have to travel very far in either direction.

Perfect location to the beach, close to the main road with plenty of restaurants. The condo was clean & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Definitely recommend.

The location and condo is very nice! Check in process is great. Couple of issues we encountered, ants on the kitchen counter and on shelf where TV is located. Many light bulbs were out which need replacement. One of the bedrooms had the light fixture completely broken and hanging off the ceiling. The lamp by dining table, bulbs were out. The smoke detector in room with murphy bed was broken and hanging off wall. Hardly any bath towels or hand towels found in condo to serve people it should accommodate. These are minor issues but should be looked at to better serve future renters.

Property and condo were nice, property has a pool and above deck, clean, able to see the fireworks. Only downside of property was no parking. We had 1 parking spot other than that you have to look for parking off the main road. Condo, great potential, love the wood ceilings. But condo did have cigarette odor when we walked in. Sheets had not been changed (the extra room with pull down bed had the top sheet unmade with a ramen noodle wrapper, another bed had the sheet unmade under the comforter) when we arrived sink was broken in one restroom, maintenance did fix it the following day. One of the showers had no hot water, and the shower faucet was held up with a glob of putty. Fridge was missing one of the glass trays. Some ceiling lights did not work and one was hanging out. One bedroom door would not close. Our time here was still great, just wish these issues had been previously fixed before our arrival. Not happy about the linen not being clean.

Our stay was amazing!! Great views! Would definitely stay here again!! The only thing is the shower in the second bedroom was not the best! Needs some work. Then there was a loud ticking sound coming from a closet in the hall or upstairs. Woke us up early every morning. I have no idea what it was? Other than that everything was great!!! Loved the views and very clean!!!!

Beach access couldn’t be better

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, hence the 4/5 rating. That said, I’ve never stayed in a place where the positives and negatives balanced out so neatly. It was honestly comical, and ultimately led us to nicknaming the condo, “Paradox Place.” -When we pulled up to the community, our hearts dropped—from the outside, it resembled a Motel 6. However, our unit was very nice with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. -Despite a beautiful view from the common areas, the bedrooms themselves face an internal walkway and have no view. -Master bedroom has a queen bed in a space clearly intended for a king, while the smaller bedroom has a king bed that takes up most of the room. -Great kitchen with updated amenities, but zero cooking essentials (no spices, salt/pepper, olive oil, etc.). Also, the garbage disposal was broken. -There were beach supplies available, but they were rusted and/or broken. -Great office space next to the family room for remote work, but no office chair to utilize it. -Awesome living room TV, but the remote only works from a specific angle (it took a day to figure it out). -2 and 1/2 bathrooms, but problems with each. The toilet in one leaks and was unusable. The shower in the master doesn’t turn on. The only functioning shower produced lukewarm water. The list of counterbalancing pros and cons continues, but you get the picture. Overall, it was still a great spot and we loved our stay. Minor adjustments by the owner would make this into a 5/5.
