Stayed Apr 22, 2025My wife and I rented this unit in late April. It was a perfect location with easy access to many restaurants and activities. The property itself was exactly as described. Very clean, everything you need to make your own food if desired, washer/dryer, cable TV, great Air Conditioning, and a comfortable bed. It's on the second floor, and right next to a stairway, so you are just steps away from the pool or the path to the beach. We definitely recommend this unit for a stay in South Padre Island and will likely be back in the future.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. The condo was very bright and cheery with the floor to ceiling windows. There was good communication with Cynthia and quick response to any questions. There were very clear instructions on how to enter the property. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The heating and cooling system was very efficient. There was an addition in the living room of a double recliner set which is not shone on the pictures. Stayed Feb 7, 2023We came in late at night due to our flight. I let the owner know. It was very confusing due to the late hour and no one around. After approaching a nite guard for the second time he was kind enough to show us to the condo. Not as up to date as the pictures - parts of the condo in rough shape. Cupboard door fell off hinges within the first day - sent a picture to the owners and did not get a reply. Living room carpet was filthy.
