Amazing! Hard to come back here and not want to stay at the same place.

Great place that is very close to the beach. It was super clean. They provided little things that are appreciated for those traveling from out of state.

We have stayed at several different rental properties in mission beach, and this is by far our family's favorite! This place is beautiful, clean, and has everything our family needed to make our stay absolutley amazing. The hosts are responsive and kind. We especially liked the spacious outdoor patios and fire pit. Beach access is a breeze and it's so close to tons of shops and restaurants. Can't wait to book here again!

We stayed for a week for a family vacation. Beautiful, well-appointed home with everything you need. The home is located close to restaurants and entertainment which you would think would be loud, however, the court is shockingly quiet and calm. The sliding doors and outdoor areas (all three) are outstanding. Management is attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Photos and descriptions were accurate, house was beautiful, easy to access and very comfortable for our stay, with plenty of room for everyone. Hosts were friendly and responsive and extremely considerate; highly recommend this property and host!

Close to the beach with parking. Great deck area for evenings with nice firepit. Comfy bedrooms with air conditioning. Updated bathrooms with great showers.

We had a great time. A couple of us ran the marathon and we reunited with our kids. So close to beach and roof top was amazing!

We visited San Diego for the graduation of our granddaughter and time with family.When you book this, you need to keep in mind it is a typical old beach town where parking is tight, alleys narrow (and parking is in alleys), and things are fairly lively. That said, this VRBO was everything we could have asked for. It was clean and nice. It was close to the beach. It had three balconies/decks, televisions in each room, and beautiful updated amenities. It was as nice as the pictures on this site indicated it would be.We would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Lovely house with lots of light, great decks, close to the beach, and good food. It was pretty well equipped for cooking. Couple or things could use some repairs: oven, sliding door in master bedroom, cables in along the stares.

It is a great location, house is very nice. We had the top 2 floors of the house and there is a beautiful roof deck. The kitchen is beautiful. Host was very responsive. I hope to go back in warmer weather. We were jealous of the first floor rental that had a hot tub.

The listing was pretty accurate. We couldn't figure out how to turn on any heat, however, so nights were chilly. Also, if you aren't used to a zillion ways to use a shower, it was confusing. We were told that our pick-up would fit. NOT when they have rented the other unit to someone with a Pickup truck!!! We got stuck as the other people didn't leave in the morning and we couldn't get out!Otherwise, it was a good stay.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend spent here. From reservation to departure, working with the owner was very smooth and proficient. Location from ocean and park was great to keep young adults occupied, including dining options and entertainment. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to San Diego.

Great location and spacious. Some minor maintenance would take care of wear and tear from guests. Multiple outdoor spaces offer great views and opportunity for the family to spread out.

We had a great few days at the beach, staying at this place. It has everything you need for a great staycation.

We enjoyed the large windows off the family room with the large deck and beautiful magnolia tree. The house was very clean and one block walk to the beach. Our girls trip was a such fun and enjoyed our stay !

Perfect location -- just steps to beach and the hosts have thought of everything. The beach umbrella and chairs were so nice to have. It was unusually hot so was the A/C was a game changer (in every bedroom - made for great sleeping). The kitchen had all we needed (perhaps need more forks), and the slider door for indoor/outdoor feel felt luxurious. Hope we can come back again!

This beach house is quite lovely. I traveled with a group of friends and we had plenty of space to enjoy our time together. There are lovely indoor spaces to visit and relax, and a kitchen with everything you could need to prep a meal. There are several outside decks with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The beach is a Just a few houses away. It may be good to note the area is busy- there is a strip of restaurants adjacent to the house so it is a bit noisy with people, and truck sounds etc. Austin was super responsive and stopped by to fix a problem we were having within minutes of our call.

Loved the house and location. Parking was tight but we had a midsize 4-dr rental that worked out perfect. Food, drinks and entertainment was all around us. Weather was perfect! Be warned, there is a Taco Shop right next to the house that you are going to find it very hard to stay out of. Food was fantastic. Highly recommend this property!!!

The location of the property was perfect for us. There was perfect gathering areas.

Property location is fantastic. Not as noisy as I feared being so close to the amusement park. Roof top seating area was a real bonus. The only downside issues were condensation continually dripping from downstairs ceiling AC unit. Had to put down catch basins like a leaky ceiling. Also did not like the inability to open 2nd and 3rd bedroom windows because of AC units. Why is AC even necessary next to the beach?
