Modern Beach Front Pajaro Dunes 1st Floor Condo - Yards From Beach/Gated Entry

Nice and clean

Clean rooms with easy access to the beach. Felt very safe in the room. The ground floor made it easy to bring our stuff in and out. Good location close to Monterey or Santa Cruz.

Peaceful and relaxing spot!

It was a good sized condo for a family of 4. Our sons enjoyed having large beds in the second room for them. Walking right out your door into the dunes was great. So easy to come and go to the water throughout the day.

Stayed with our 2 adult sons and my aging parents. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and prepping Thanksgiving sides for our Friendsgiving celebration in Watsonville. Access to the beach was perfect. Plenty of parking. Other occupants super friendly. Condo was clean. Beds were a little soft. Master bedroom was amazing. Second bedroom a bit crowded and the bathroom off second bedroom a bit small but my adult sons are big men. It’s all good. Would go back in a heartbeat. 4 people is ideal. I’d go back with our 6 in a second. Pajaro dunes are perfect if you want to escape the crowded beaches of Aptos, Santa Cruz, Monterey etc. beautiful walking paths Loved it!!

Cute, cozy and so close to the beach. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need and the beds were so comfortable. My family loved the stay here and we’ll definitely be back.

The host had all the necessary information in a very complete easy to work with email. The unit and described facilities were pretty much exact. We had a great trip.

House was cozy & clean, very peacefully and welcoming as well. And very well setup with cooking pans, pyrex bake wear, baking pans, nice selection of drink wear wine & coffee glasses. Great to have the bbq & blender as well.

The condo was super clean! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfy (mattress and linens). Beach access was literally right outside the unit. My kids loved collecting the sea shells. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 nights here playing at the beach, watching the shorebirds, visitng Monterrey and Santa Cruz. This condo was perfect and the owners very helpful. We'll return!

A perfect size condo for us. Easy access to the beach- about a two minute walk.

Nice condo, but the primary shower didn’t drain, and at least two outlets didn’t work. But the very frustrating issue was the WiFi. You had to go outside for any Internet connection. The host was responsive and the kitchen is very well stocked.

Great place- the kitchen was well laid out. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable!

The condo was perfect for 6 of us. It was very clean with everything we needed to cook our meals. Very close to the beach, the very short trail is right next to this condo! I wish we were able to stay longer.

The kids wanted a beach vacation! and they loved it! We were able to go to the Monterey aquarium and The Old Fisherman Wharf for an early dinner and then the next day spend the entire day at the beach.With it being so close the kids could use the restroom whenever, we took a lunch break. My kids had an absolute blast playing in the sand and ocean. My husband, mom and I had fun relaxing and watching them have the time of their life. My favorite part is the beach is not over crowded because it’s a private beach. When it was time to go the kids did not want to leave. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable it definitely was a 10/10! My kids are asking to come back next year!***On a side note my mom is older and she was very surprised and loved how close the beach was she did not have to walk very far!

Property is great! Private, secure and close to the beach. However, there are no longer fire pits on the beach. Easily accessible. The road to the property is very rough. Definitely felt like a home. All purpose cleaner available would have been nice.

On vacation for the weekend to Monterey Bay Aquarium for our 19 year olds birthday. Decided to try out the VRBO experience. This was perfect for our short weekend! Seriously only steps from the beach! Great communication with the owners as well. The kitchen has every utensils/ pots / pans you could need to cook while you’re here. We loved our stay, and would totally stay hereagain!

We rented the condo for my husband’s birthday. It slept our family of 4, and my in- laws comfortably. It was well equipped and very clean and the beds are very very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

This condo and the Pajaro Dunes resort are great. You are right by the beach and it's truely less than a 5 minute stroll from the door to having your feet in the ocean.This location is also close enough to Santa Cruz to the north and Monterey to the south for an easy day trip.I would stay here again any time.

Great space for a family to enjoy a nice beach side extended weekend. Safe and secure with a great and friendly office guard, and very receptive property manager.

Nestled among Watsonville agricultural fields is a quiet ocean resort. A short walk from the complex takes you directly to the beach. Prime location, approx 30 minutes to Santa Cruz or Monterey. Nice condo and host.

Enjoyed our stay at Pajaro Dunes. Comfortable and nicely equipped kitchen. Cozy beds. Host was very responsive when we had a breaker shut off. Outdoor shower outside our unit was not working which was a little difficult to come back from beach but this was not owner’s fault. Would have been helpful to have a broom and dustpan in unit to manage sand. I would recommend this unit for 2 couples or small family.
