Modern Award Winning Newly Renovated, Gorgeous 2+2 Minutes Away From Disney

Excellent accommodations.

House was clean. Host communicated all the information in advance. Parking was easy. Gated community. Couple of things to keep in mind are: House is on second floor and there is no elevator. Also host informed us that there is no shoes in the house policy. We didnt had any issues with these however something to consider.

Let me start by mentioning that I usually don't write reviews but the description is very deceiving which defaults in bad reviews because it creates false expectations. ... MODERN, AWARD WINNING, GORGEOUS is really a misleading overated announcement Pros .safe and quite area, close to parks, nicely painted and decorated, spacious specially both closets and master bedroom Cons . modern... far from it, all furniture is updated from the TV to the furniture, extremely old and dusty . renovated... maybe the paint and the kitchen-laundry appliances ,the rest very outdated and in bad shape, master bed needs to be fix . gorgeous maybe the decoration and the pictures taken to show the property . cleanliness: extremally dusty from the fans ( seems months passed without cleaning ) --- to the all the bed covers, the sofa bed ... that sofa cover has not been washed in decades... the smell when we entered that house was peculiar, not clean but humid and old . bathrooms outdated, shower and hardware in general were old, cabinetry is old , damaged, outdated . towels extremely worn and bad, my dogs have better towels . should mention to guests to bring their personal soap, shampoo... . first time that im asked to take shoes offf

Nice property. We didn’t do any of the parks but they are very close by. However, getting to anything that is not a park is a bit more difficult as everything seems to take over 30 mins or more to reach. The place itself needs a little updating and a few more household essentials (dishwashing liquid, sponge etc) would have been great. If you are going to the parks, great place.

Way more appliances and living items than expected. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap! Every cooking utensil possible! It was nice.

It was a cozy & clean stay in a peaceful lil gated community with nice amenities. The split floorplan and screened in balcony made the condo ideal. The Host communication was excellent too. And it was a very fair price. Safe travels!

Nice and clean two bedroom condo. Easy check in and no hassle at the gate.

Nicely kept and very roomy.

Overall, Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo was just as expected, and accurately portrayed in listing. Access to the pool and clubhouse were nice perks we were able to make use of. Although we didn’t catch a movie, it was nice to see the variety of options that were available. Mark checked in regularly to make sure everything was going ok. And so close and easy travel to all the major parks!! Thank you for hosting us!!

This was a great location to everything and pet-friendly. The host was great at communication. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

This place checked all the boxes. Unfortunately, the unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. A call to the property manager was all it took for a cleaner to come and VERY thoroughly clean the unit. The refrigerator does not have a functioning ice maker so you may need to purchase ice. The property has great amenities! I would go back.

The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The area was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind and enjoy our stay. Would absolutely book again.

Condo was cute and comfortable. The pool and other amenities were fantastic and about a 4 minute walk away.

The condo was generally clean but not as pictured. No rugs, lamp broken in both bedroooms, stained comforter, floor is peeling, dusty, beds were uncomfortable and old. Community was great, many things to do, clean and close to everything!

Condo is on the second floor, no elevator. The communtiy had nice walking paths and lots of pet waste stations with bags. Communication with the owners was nonexistent. Ond of the twin beds was completely broken and unusable. I never received a response. Fortunately we did not need that bed. Otherwise it wohld have been a major issue. The community is very close to Disney which made it convenient. I would stay in this community again but probably not at this condo.

House was clean and plenty of space. Easy to access and great, secure location. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay at a Beautiful Property!We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and clean condo. There was a small issue with the bedding when we checked in, but the property manager responded right away and had everything fixed within 30 minutes — super impressed with how fast they handled it! The clubhouse and pool were beautiful and a great way to relax during our break from the Universal parks. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Great place! Close to everything we wanted to do, hosts were easy to communicate with, place was clean and the community felt safe and secure as a woman traveling with her kiddo. I would absolutely stay again!

I didn’t want to leave a bad review. I wanted to give the property owner time to work on a conclusion from my recent 5 day visit in May of 2025. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the floors were worn down throughout. German roaches were throughout the home through the length of the stay.The fridge didn’t cool, and took the length of the trip to become cool. The linen in the master bedroom had dark hairs and was dirty upon arrival with stains. The towels in the bathroom were thin and had holes. During the full stay, the upstairs neighbors were banging, screaming and fighting throughout the day and night. The surfaces in the apartment were covered in a layer of dust. The plugs do not hold your devices. The dishes were disgusting. We told the front desk in the main amenities area who told us that the property manager would be contacted. We attempted to look up another place to stay, but with the stress of a Disney trip we decided it would invest in roach spray, use our beach towels, and try to make the best out of it. After not hearing from property managers, I messaged the owner on VRBO with a list of my issues to make him aware as well. I also contacted VRBO support to inform them of this issue, who stated that the owner of the property would need to respond (Mark). A response has never been warranted from our terrible experience. In addition, this apartment is 20-30 minute from Disney, with light traffic, not 2 minutes. Pictures speak for theirselves on this booking.

This is a great place to stay. It is clean and accurate to the listing. We stayed with 4 people and our dogs, it was like living in a 2 bedroom condo for a few days. The dog path out back was perfect and community has a gate and a guard on duty 24/7. In essence, this is a great property and you should stay here.

We really enjoyed staying here it was easy close to the ESPN center where we were attending an event. It’s also close to the parks and getting to good restaurants and Walmart is close by.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable condo in safe gated community.

Location is great but condo does not match pictures. There are no rugs, no tablemats and balcony is facing neigbours very noicy backyard, impossible to use. Condo miss essensial kitchen utensils like can opener, glasses, sissors. Had to contact propery magager for several minor issues.

Location was ok. Floors felt dirty but everything else was very clean.

It was a great stay. The condo was very clean, and the host was communicative. We'll definitely stay again next time we visit.

Displaced from the hurricane, needed a place to travel back down to. Property has an odd odor when walking in, mold? I’m not sure. Beds are not comfortable at all, spring king mattress from the 90s. Slept on the small twin instead, which is blocking a closet in the second bedroom btw. Property listed having detergent for laundry, bags for trash and extra toilet paper. None of that was provided, one half roll in each bathroom and no detergent. Had to go to Walmart and get travel laundry soap and extra toilet paper. Only one bag for trash, and trash valet is the only way to dispose of any garbage-couldn’t find a dumpster/receptical. Left a day early because our power came back on, and had to find a trash can off property or we would’ve been charged $50+ if left behind. It did what it needed to do for us in an emergency, but the off putting smell really eased our decision to leave early. I will say in the property’s defense, I do have a “super sniffer” And am VERY sensitive to smells. It’s close to all the theme parks but tucked away that it is a quiet location in what looks like a residential area. Wouldn’t call it a resort, it resembles a gated apartment complex. Again, did what we needed: somewhere to sleep. Shower pressure was fantastic-props to that!

Overall had a good experience. The house is clean, and exactly like the pictues shown! Had no issues communicating with Mark. The one only “negative thing” is the smoke alarm went off at like 3-4 in the morning so that scared us however it only beeped 3 times and then never went off again so who knows what that was about. But other than that will stay here again and recommend to other people :)

Very nice gated community, convenient to rt.192 and shopping of all kinds and DISNEY. Pet friendly , quiet location, nicely layed out floor plan
