Modern and stylish 3 bed, 3 bath luxury condo on beautiful New Smyrna Beach

It was the perfect stay for a holiday with my family. The kitchen was well outfitted with anything you would need to prepare a holiday meal. The views are stunning and I enjoyed that it was a small building. The unit had lovely finishes and furnishings and comfy patio furniture. Even though it is on the drive section of the beach, there is very little traffic this far south. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The owners were always very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely, quiet and private location. Pool was nice and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was great. 100% recommend if you want to get away. Two mile walk to Flagler by beach or short drive if you prefer.

Had the perfect 3 day girlfriend getaway!! Easy access to the beach and had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels!! The condo itself was clean and roomy for all 5 of us with spectacular views! Even watched a rocket launch from the balcony! Despite prior reviews, we had 3 cars and no problem at all with parking. Never made it to the pool because the beach was just too perfect to leave! Definitely will book again in the future!

Beautiful view and right on the beach!

Super condo! Great communication with property manager! Very well stocked with nice beach chairs and a multitude of beach towels! Also, the kitchen had extras that I didn't expect to find. (like a hand mixer!) The condo was very spacious for our family of 6. We usually don't stay on the driving beach, but this location was really nice. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo location great

The condo is clean and comfortable and met the needs of the family of 6. We would definitely stay again. My only negative is the need for more than 2 key rings with a family of 5 adults with a child. It took daily planning to make sure someone wasn’t locked out of the pool area or out of the condo

We rented 3 condos in the wave for an extended family gathering to celebrate our mother’s birthday. It was a great place to spend a special week together- the beach was a perfect place for us to spend our days. The views from our condo and the spacious balcony were the best parts of our condo. Plenty of room for three couples in each condo with the 3 bed and bath setup. The location of the wave made it easy to enjoy all NSB has to offer. Our only disappointment was that the pool was so cold it was not possible to get in the water. Would have loved to be able to use and enjoy the pool. The beach access is being worked on but still a bit of a hassle to get down to the beach. It should improve soon and that will make the wave even better!spacious balcony was

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had beautiful views. The furniture and master bed were not very comfortable but the ocean views can forgive a lot. Also, the kitchen is exceedingly well-equipped and large and was great for out family. We spent a lot of time in the spacious back patio. Owner/management is responsive. Check-in was a bit of a hassle because there are two required codes and only one code provided so after a 5 hour drive, this was a tad stressful… parking limited but proved to be sufficient. Overall, a Very Nice experience. .

The property was exactly as described, quiet, clean, beautiful views of the ocean, access to pool was easy, walking distance to great local bar/restaurant on the ocean. Was a great spot for a girls getaway on the beach!! Only suggestion would be to upgrade the wifi (had difficulty getting some work done, but maybe that was the u iverse’s way of telling us not to work at the beach!).

We loved the condo. The three bedrooms were great for a weekend getaway with girlfriends. We loved the three bathrooms as well. The pool deck was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening.

Out was a great stay couldn’t get the lock box open when leaving so left key under mat. Notified owner

Beautiful condo! The only issue we had was the parking. Parked in front of the building where we were allowed to park. Our car was getting towed, the tow truck driver said we could pay him $160 for him not to tow it. The neighbors said they’ve never seen anyone get towed. Just an FYI

This condo is amazing! I traveled with my family and we were very comfortable here. The condo had everything we needed to cook dinners together, was well equipped and very clean. The beach wasn't too busy and the provided beach towels, chairs, body boards and sand toys were an added bonus! As a single woman traveling with my sister and our kids, safety is important to me. I appreciated the level of security the building offered and the area was very quiet. Our host, Michaela, was helpful and responsive with any questions I had. She even offered up some ideas for activities we could do. Definitely rent kayaks at JBs and paddle to manatee cove! What an awesome experience! It was the highlight of the trip for us. We already miss the comfort of the condo and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you, Michaela!

The unit was very clean, and had all of the utensils, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans and cookie sheets we needed. The host was very responsive and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We really enjoyed the balcony facing the beach in the evenings. Beach access is convenient and the under building parking kept our car cool. Highly recommended!

We have stayed up and down NSB over the years for memorial day weekend, both at hotels and condos. This was the best property we have stayed at overall.
