Modern 4 Bedroom Apt Next to Park&Pool | Lakeview

Clean!, Spacious, great location,

Lovely neighborhood condo across from a great park. We loved the Halloween decor in the neighborhood - great place to stay with our kids. Condo had plenty of space for 8 (4 kids, 4 adults) - we had a wonderful time!

Everything was fine except the dishwasher did not work.

The condo was very nice, accommodating and fit everyone really well. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was beautiful. It’s nice and convenient to get to Wrigleyville which was the main reason for our trip so if your goal is that without paying those higher prices this is a great option. Pack some extra trash bags and paper towels if you’re a cleaner person and like to keep things clean throughout your stay. My family and I are just cleaners so we wanted more of those items to keep things neat throughout.

Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Location was perfect and easy access to downtown. Host was communicative and responsive!

Property was great! Took a bit of time to find a property that had Queen beds in every bedroom but this one had them! Very quiet neighborhood but only a few blocks stroll to restaurants and shops and bus stop. House was clean and well maintained.

My wife and I brought 5 teens to Lollapalooza. The location itself is great. We found easy bike routes to the lake and down the shore. The neighborhood seems very safe with lots of people walking around. The beds are comfortable and decent size rooms. The living area is pretty small. Just the couch and a couple chairs. It was not an easy gathering area, but that was fine because we were out and about almost all day every day. The kitchen lacked silverware (only 2 regular knives) and only 1 spatula which was dirty and need to be cleaned. Other knives were dull with no way to sharpen them (at least not that I could find). There are a lot of steps to get up to this unit and to the additional bedrooms above. Overall it was a good value for the price we paid and a good location.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. There were just enough plates, cups, and utensils for us. There were no towels or potholders in the kitchen. It was not a huge deal, but we did cook, so it was missed. The house was clean, but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms to clean up after yourself if needed. Overall, the location was good—a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it or stay again if given the opportunity.

We had a great time here. We were in for a long weekend. 4 adult women, it was great having our own bedrooms and enough bathrooms to make getting ready easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood close enough to walk to some coffee shops and restaurants. Host communicated well. We would stay here again or at another property owned by this host. It is not stocked much past the very basics, so be prepared to bring or pick up a few necessities like laundry detergent, coffee (no Keurig, so don’t bring pods) sugar, etc.

Came from Australia and the unit was ready on time and clean. Enough space for my whole family comfortably.

We were a group of 4 adults, and were surprised to find a rental that gave us each a bedroom at such an affordable price. The beds were firm and comfortable. The unit was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is walkable and felt safe.

The description was spot on. It was set up perfectly for my husband and I and our 3 grown children and their significant others. The property was perfect, it was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The only thing we couldn’t find was a dustpan to get up anything we swept up. They were very easy to communicate with and assist with anything we needed. It’s close enough to all the busyness of the city but far enough away to enjoy the more quietness of the city too! We would definitely stay here or with these renters again.

Nice accommodations for business travel 4 people

We flew out to Chicago from California for our Nieces bat mitzvah. We needed a Vrbo that would accommodate my wife, myself, our sons and their wives and children. This place fit the bill perfectly. Four spacious bedrooms, a great kitchen and three bathrooms. The neighborhood is a perfect representation of a nice Chicago neighborhood. Parking was never an issue as there was plenty of street parking in the near vicinity. Would definitely recommend this residence. It was perfect for our family. Lastly, the hosts were always available if needed.

We spent 4 nights here and it turned out to be a great place for us. Walkable neighborhoods, great park/playset (unfortunately for us the pool opened the Tuesday after we left), good restaurants/coffee in walking comfortable distance (Bartoli’s/Hexe, respectively).
