Modern 2Br/2Ba Beachfront Condo with an Incredible View. Amenities, Pool, Beautiful Beach

Disappointing. In need of maintenance and cleaning.

The person that I spoke to and text with was incredible. Any question I had I immediately got an answer. The condo was very nice The View was beautiful I really don't have much to say about it other than it was everything that the advertisement said that it was. This is the second verbal in Florida that we used the first one was a bit smaller this was nice because it had the second bedroom. Walking distance to everything. We had a very nice time and hope to be back.

This is our 3rd time staying at South Beach. We love Treasure Island & the condo building.

Unit was very nice, view was great, pool nice. Everything was wonderful. Walk way behind condo was a nice plus.Only issue was the dirty floor, your feet got dirty (black) walking from shower to living room. Need better cleaning service.

This condo is perfect. We’ve stay at South Beach before and always enjoyed it. We love that there is not a ton of units. Makes it feel less crowded. We stayed several nights so I always love a washer and dryer in the unit. You have plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. I would choose this condo again and again.

Great location and beautiful views of the Gulf. The beds in the condo was not comfortable at all. Master was very hard and second bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cot. No batteries in the remote in bedroom 2 so check remotes if not working.The hallway closet with Beach items was a plus (chairs, umbrella,pool noodles,etc..) Overall there are some little things where this unit could use some TLC and updates,but would definitely stay here again for the location and easy access to attractions and dining.

Excellent place. Comfortable unit and the location and the amenities were perfect for our family (including two small children). Highly recommend!

Excellent landscaping and pool area. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby

The check in process was easy and the room was clean. It was fully furnished and had a lot of towels. We had sunny skies and perfect weather the whole vacation in April so the views were breathtaking. Short walk to the beach each day. There were pool/beach toys in the room and the pool was heated and a perfect size. We liked playing shuffleboard and ping pong. The location was also great with many restaurants close by and ice cream a short walk away. We went on a couple boat tours in John's Pass which was a 5 min drive away. Overall this was a great condo with beautiful views and we will be staying here again.

The condo is very clean, situated right on the beach. Near many restaurants and a Publix. Twin beds would be great for kids, but were small and uncomfortable for adults. Otherwise this is a great condo. View is wonderful. Treasure Island as always was beautiful. Most everything is up and running post hurricane. They’ve done a lot of work, and things are looking good.

Beautiful end unit with wonderful views of beach and ocean. Only complaint is your feet become very dirty from walking on the tile floors. So you need to wash your feet before bedWill definitely rent again in the future

Great communication, great location

Only negative was the 2 twin beds. My daughter and 23 year old granddaughter said they were uncomfortable and noisy. Having washer and dryer was a plus. The ice maker was a nice addition. Thanks for a lovely stay with a perfect view.

Spacious, clean, unit in an excellent location. The view from the balcony is great and the beach is as close as you can get. Very prompt response from owners and very easy check in process. We will be back!!

It was very comfortable

Property was very nice, and easy to find. Check in instructions were easy to follow and host responded right away to any questions. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this condo and location. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. It is a short walk to the water. We enjoyed the ping pong table, pool, shuffleboard and hammocks. The condo was equipped with enough to get us started. It would be nice to have a little more supply of laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee and dishwasher soap since those items are hard to buy in small quantities and we flew so couldn’t pack in a ton. Some other helpful items that could be added…kitchen scissors, pizza pan, a few Tupperware containers with lids or plastic wrap for leftovers. We really appreciated the beach closet with chairs and also beach towels. We rented a car and found it helpful for getting to and from the airport as well as the short trips shopping and also enjoyed a TB Rays MLB game. We loved the enclosed air conditioned stadium! It was a short 20 minutes from the condo. This was wonderful place and wonderful location right on the beach and close to John’s Pass village for shopping and activities.

Great view and location

Great views, nice pool, game are was well kept. Gas grills to use are nice. Washer and drier plus awesome balcony. Master bedroom had a firm memory foam mattress—I didn’t particularly care for it but everything else was very nice.
