MM Studio 2 - Across the road from a stunning beach

This place was good value and had everything we needed. We stayed for nine nights. There was a generous amount of tea bags, plus milk in the fridge on arrival. Plenty of spare linen. We really appreciated the location as we love snorkelling. Wigmore’s supermarket is walking distance. Opposite Wigmore’s is a cafe. We did have a few pesky mosquitos come inside when we had the doors open, but there was fly spray in the cupboard. There are screens on all the windows allowing them to be fully open at night. Being able to do a load of washing was a bonus and they provide some washing detergent. The ceiling fan was fabulous and in October that was all we needed. We didn’t need air con. Having free wifi was an absolute bonus. We were able to keep in touch with family but didn’t have to roam our phones. Special thanks to Eddie as communication with him was excellent both before we arrived and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks Eddie. We will be back.

Property is unassuming from street. Very clean. Offers a low key, relaxed space. All amenities there including a laundry, but no TV and ironing board. Wi-Fi is an extra. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you EddieC and the lovely ladies who do a great job caring for your property.

It was a good location, just a short walk to a nice beach. Good shower pressure and lots of hot water. There was milk and water in the fridge on arrival. The place was clean, just very hot.Although rates were reasonable, there were some issues. If you're not bothered by lots of noise from all day and night road traffic, roosters crowing day and night, and dogs barking this is the place for you. Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning, just fans which was inadequate for the heat. There was no tv - even though advertised as having one, and suggested us to bring a memory stick due to local tv being limited. The bed definitely needs replacing. The phone was disconnected, even though advertised that there was a phone, and number was provided for the phone at the property. There was very limited cupboard space.

The studio was on the south of the island- basic but clean accommodation. The location was ideal for snorkelling in the lagoon which was just across the road. Laid back and chilled vibe to Rarotonga which we loved

Love my stay. I enjoyed making new friends near by So close tō Wigmore Super market, caf'e and local diary. Great eatery resort eg Palm Beach etc. Near bus stop. Clean and tidy. Loads of linen, towels and tioletery stuff. Plus it is near the beach. Beautiful views. We stay āt this place again.

We were happy, it had most of the things we needed and we loved the location aside from the grill we were hoping to use. All in all close to some of the best snorkeling we found. Close to groceries and a few nice eateries.
