Stayed Nov 8, 2025I was expecting a condo, but this is actually a townhouse. There are a ton of stairs! Everything was well-appointed and good quality and clean. The garage was super duper narrow, but we made it work and we were thankful there even was a garage because street parking is hard to find. We loved having the bay to walk to on one side and the beach to walk to on the other.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025The house is great along with all the amenity the house is equipped with. When they say the A/C units are touchy they aren’t lying. They leak or just don’t work at all. When I let them know the ac wasn’t working there was no offer to have it fixed. That is the only thing this place has that’s a negative.

Stayed Aug 5, 2025The property was in a fantastic location and very well equipped with everything you could need. It was spacious and nicely decorated with ac and two balconies which was nice. Reed was quick to respond on all my inquiries. Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a much better job. The dishes were dirty, the floor was a bit dirty, the couch was horribly stained and everything could have used a very thorough wipe down, so ended up doing some cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
