Stayed Sep 17, 2025The place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of equipment for cooking. Laundry room was fully stocked and we were able to do a quick load before heading home. Both bathrooms were utilized which made showering and getting ready a breeze for 2 of us.Johana, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The location was perfect in relation to where we needed to go while we were there, which was the Peoria Sports Complex. The pool was clean and quiet...I was the only one in it when I went. I would highly recommend this space to anyone going to Phoenix and would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves back there.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Nice condo on first level. Great location near 101. Grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. Pantry nicely stocked with staples such as salt, pepper, cinnamon, etc. Pool was heated and hot tub was relaxing.
