Stayed Jun 20, 2025Place was clean, beds were comfy, and customer service was good. The check in process was alittle annoying as we had to go pick up and drop off keys, it’s my fault as I should have made sure it was a keyless rental as that’s my preference. The only other thing was the air conditioning. We had two pregnant ladies on this trip and someone kept remotely resetting the air to 75 degrees, in the middle of the night and during the day — it was annoying and caused some uncomfortably for some of our group as the temps were above 90.

Reviewer Comments: I am considering the price when I make my ratings - because this condo was very affordable. So my expectations were low. Toilets are old and the. place needs a comfortable chair in the living room.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024First Rehoboth Beach vacation, Location was great! Comfortable for 4 of us. Property could use a little tlc. Missing screen on porch, doorknob in bathroom loose, no games for rainy day! Will go to rehoboth again but will not stay at this property.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023This condo was relatively clean and in a good location for shopping the outlet malls. Getting to and from Rehoboth is not easy. Traffic is a nightmare. So if you don’t want to spend considerable time in traffic and want to enjoy the beach, boardwalk and state park, stay closer to shore. Finally, be warned, this condo does not come with towels, sheets, paper towels, TP and other small things you come to expect in VRBOs. Management pointed out the fine print after I booked and quoted me $170 for three days worth of sheets and towels. It was absurd and felt like gauging and a hidden fee.

We love that it is simple and in close proximity to all our needs. The best part for us is that it suited our children. It had games for them to play and a small bed for our 3 year old to sleep on. We look forward to staying at the property again in the future.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022The rental was easy to get to, and easy to access. Communication and support from the real estate agency was top notch. We made the reservation last minute and couldn't be more glad we did. Excellent stay and highly recommend for a casual weekend in Rehoboth.
