Million Dollar View - direct Gulf front! 1 br, 1.5 ba, 25' balcony, remodeled

Newly remodeled, clean, comfortable furniture and beds, owner very accommodating, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants, direct access to beach, large balcony with 2 ceiling fans overlooks the beach and gulf, beautiful sunsets to watch from balcony.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at this beautiful Ocean Sands condo. You can’t beat the location! Easy walk to restaurants, CVS, Publix, etc. Only a little over a mile to John’s Pass. The view from the balcony was awesome! The condo was very clean and well stocked.We would definitely stay again!

This property is absolutely stunning. The name and pictures say it all but it’s even more spectacular in person. Susie was so accommodating and easy to work with.The unit had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. This a 10/10 and if I could, I would give it more stars.

I had an excellent stay. Susie made herself available for any concerns, questions, etc. With the recent storms, Susie kept me up to date with work, etc. and made the dates I wanted available up to the last minute.

This is the second time we've stayed at Suzie's condo. We absolutely love it. It's spacious, very comfortable, ideally situated and very well equipped. It is definitely our number one choice when staying in Madeira Beach. Booking is seemless and Suzie and Chris are very accommodating hosts. Thankyou again for a perfect stay.

Everything about this place is amazing. All public spaces are emaculetly clean including the pool and hot tub.

We booked this condo as a last minute vacation and we are glad we did. Susie went above and beyond. Great communication from the beginning. She kept us updated and informed along the process and responded in a timely manner. The check-in is smooth sailing, minimal and simple-just need to register your vehicle when you get there. Office closes at 4pm-but you can do the vehicle registration the following morning if you get there after hours. We stayed here in August and there was minimal people on the beach, which was soo nice-no crowds and no parties. Very relaxing and calm-both at the beach and at the pool, which also reflected on the elevators because there was no waiting for them. The condo had everything we needed for our stay-even some reading books and board/card games are included. This is a perfect location for someone looking for a quiet vacation or those traveling with children who dont like crowds. Tons of food options-plenty within walking distance, or a very short drive. Also a huge bonus is the covered parking garage-our vehicle never got hot inside! Definitely would book again!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this Ocean Sands condo and we were blown away. It truely is a million dollar view and the facilities far out weighed our expectations. The condo itself was very comfortable and our every need was met, if not exceeded. The owners were fabulously accommodating. Booking, check in and check out were seemless. The situation of the condo is excellent with a good number of music bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach out front was never crowded. We highly recommend this condo and we'll definitely be rebooking as soon as we can make the trip back. It is, by far, our most favourite gulf coast destination.
