Mid-Island Cool & Cozy Condo with Keyless Entry & Free WiFi

Host kept in touch and made my stay feel personal. Great location 5 minute walk to beach that isn’t as busy as other parts. Condo was clean and furnished with necessities. Will stay again when opportunity arises.

While there was a small issue with dog hair from the previous tenant, Mr. Gary was quickly responsive for correction. Property could use some upgrades, but the cost was equivalent to what we expected. Its proximity to beach and bay as well as other parts of SPI made it good value.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of the condo is fantastic—just steps from the beach. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. My grown-up kids especially loved the bunk beds—it brought back fun memories of when they used to share a room as little ones! Gary, the host, was wonderful and made everything easy. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great experience!

This place is all it that it is promised. It was clean, close to the beach. The neighborhood is safe. Everything in the place, from the kitchen to the extras that they make available to the visitors was clean and up to date. I will not hesitate to be back soon. thanks so much!

Choosing to stay at this lovely condo was the best decision we mad the entire trip! Gary made the entire stay comfortable pleasant with suggestions of the many activities that SPI-South Padre Island offered. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cutlery, meeting all my culinary needs. The fresh seafood the island provided was amazing, along with the abundance of restaurants serving fresh entrees. the condo was visually inviting and homey along with the provision of beach chairs and umbrella. The bathroom even passed my wife's standards (a major concern of mine when booking a condo). you really cannot go wrong with this property. I am looking forward to returning there next year!

The unit was nice except for the musty kind of mildew smell. Maybe because not rented recently. The kitchen and bathroom towels did not smell as if freshly laundered. The portable floor fan was filthy and smelled when turned on plus barely any air flow so did not use. The dresser drawers had the same musty smell and made our clothes smell a bit. Also no great area to take our dog potty but we found a couple semi close places. Overall it was nice. Everything worked fine. Pictures are exactly like it looks.

Great spot close to beaches and shops, very quiet and the unit was very comfortable. Gary the owner was a treat to deal with and nothing was any issue for him and made us feel welcome and looked after. We will definitely go through Gary again and use his great little property. Great stay and enjoyed our time!!

This is a great place for a couple or small family. The condo was clean and well-kept.

This condo is very comfortable and peaceful. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach and a walk to local shops. The condo is well equipped with the comforts of home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. The chairs on the balcony are great for sitting in the morning and sipping coffee and in the evenings to view the fireworks. It’s been six years since we last stayed and the quality and attention Gary provides has not changed. Thank you Gary for an incredible stay.
