Great location to the pool. Very well maintained and equipped.

Great place to stay. We did arrive after dark and had a little problem. Found it easier to park on the street. Enjoyed having space. Great location.Hope to stay here next February for 2 weeks.Easy to communicate. Thanks

Our stay at this location was exceptional.The unit was very clean and well stocked with supplies to meet our needs. We had a question that we inquired on with owner and within minutes we had an answer. Top notch!!

foe those of us that are handicapped, it would be a great asset to have grab bars in the baths, to help eliminate falling

The unit we stayed in was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cups, pots and pans etc. A few extra K pods would have been appreciated. There were more than enough linens and towels. The location was ideal. The pool and hot tub were just outside our back door. There were orange and grapefruit trees in the backyard so that we could have fresh fruit every morning for breakfast. Grocery shopping was walking distance and everything else was an easy Uber ride.My main complaint was that check-in was not until 5:00 p.m. and check out was 10:00 a.m. It would have been a little easier if the owner allowed us to leave our luggage and groceries in the unit while it was being cleaned. We were not worried that our belongings would have been stolen or damaged. All other places I have stayed at have had a 3:00 check in and 11:00 check out and have allowed us to store our luggage. We also ran out of toilet paper two days before we departed. There should be more than one extra roll available. The owner offered to compensate us if we wanted to buy our own but that would have meant another trip to the grocery store.We also do not understand why we were asked to strip the beds and start the first load of laundry. That should be the responsibility of the cleaners especially since we need to be out of the unit by 10:00 a.m.Having said all that, we still loved our stay in Palm Springs and hope to return next year.

Tidy condo well equipped. King bed too firm - could not use. Slept on nice queen bed in smaller room. Lovely courtyard with terrific pool. Lots of hummingbirds.

Nice condo to come home to after doing touristy things all day. Very thoughtful extras like chapstick and toothbrushes. Enjoyed the pickleball courts and spa

Good location to different towns

Just getting away for the a long weekend for some hot weather. place was perfect for that. we had the pool all to ourselves.

Great property with quiet area and great pool/ hot tub that no one but us seen in all week. Great new kitchen with lots of dishes and beautiful lanai furniture and kitchen cabinets and dining room table awesome. Loved each room had a tv. Will definitely stay here again.
