Mid-Century Chic Condo Near Restaurant Row

Everything was great, very clean, and found everything exactly as it was mentioned. This is the first time we stayed in a condo and it was very nice, sure we will do it again!

The Claremont is well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and modern appliances, including on site laundry facilities. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but many nice restaurants are within 15 minutes walking distance. The Claremont is also centrally located, making cultural attractions and hiking trails easily accessible. Finally, the host deserves an A for his responsiveness to any questions or needs we had.

We loved our stay here. Our place was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The air conditioner worked perfectly even though it was 110 degrees outside. We will definitely stay here again while visiting our kids at GCU, which was only 15 minutes away.

Well appointed, quiet, immaculate, great location easily accessible to the whole valleyEverything about it is exactly as described. I was even able to get my big pickup truck under the covered parking, quite the bonus in the 115 degree heat we had during our stay.We were in town under unpleasant circumstances, having a quiet respite to return to after our outings was such a gift.Will is a wonderful host.This comment is ONLY about our experience, I don't mean it to detract in any way from the exceptional property: We have a quite geriatric dog and in the extreme heat we had he had few potty options. The only shade is over the turf area that I kept him 100% off of. He's never (yet) had an accident of any kind, but given his age/condition, I didn't want to risk being *that* guest. Morning walks in the neighborhood were ok, it was cool enough to get him out a little bit. But the rest of the day there is NO shade around the building so it was tough.Again, this is not to detract AT ALL from this very nice property, Will goes above and beyond! I just thought I'd add this for other pet owners' information. We wouldn't stay here again in the summer with a dog but absolutely would stay here again otherwise!!!

This is the cutest little place. Nicely located near lots of restaurants and very spacious. It was extremely quiet. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. It was also a really good place a show at cardinals stadium. It was about 30 minutes but it made it super affordable

I am so in love with this VRBO. It is super cute, very clean, and the neighborhood seemed extremely safe. Definitely not one of the cheap, thrown together rentals. You can see the love that was put into this place.

We stayed just for a quick night driving through. Lovely area and host was very responsive!

We stayed for 10 days at this unit and it was a convenient central location for spring training baseball and access to hiking in the PHX area. The patio is a pleasant place to sit at the end of the day. Off-street covered parking is a plus. Host Will lives next door and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. We recommend this unit!

This property features off street parking, gated access amd on-site laundry. It was clean and very well equipped for all your needs.

This was a fantastic place to stay while moving our daughter into GCU! The location was great, the place was clean, and the response by the owner was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

Just what we were looking for

This stay was great! The neighborhood is absolutely adorable, clean and quiet. The place had everything we needed (and more)! The courtyard was very welcoming also. Will put a detailed and well organized manual together that covered all the details of the property and surrounding area; it was very helpful. He also took the time to make sure everything was going well during our stay, which I have never experienced with other hosts. We had a great time in this safe, cozy, quiet condo. Definitely worth it and will absolutely book again!
