Stayed Jun 17, 2026Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The building itself was wonderful, the pool was great, and the beach access was absolutely perfect!The condo was very nice and comfortable; however, there were a few issues upon arrival. The refrigerator had a noticeable fish odor, the floors were still quite sandy as if they had not been swept thoroughly, and there was sand in all of the beds. The sand in the bedding was significant enough that my parents ended up washing the sheets when we arrived.We also noticed that the dryer vent appears to blow into the kitchen area, which made the condo feel very warm and muggy whenever the dryer was running.Despite these concerns, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and amenities. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Stayed Jun 8, 2026Overall, our stay was perfect! The whole condo was very clean. We had a wrap around balcony & the extra amenities that were provided were a very nice touch. The reason I'm giving this a review is because of the issue with the elevator on the floor we stayed on, the 12th floor. Elevator #1- the 12 floor (button) did not work at all. Elevator B, it worked perfectly. U just never knew which elevator you were gonna get. If it was Elevator #1 then we would have to go up to the 13th floor, (as the 12th floor button on Elevator #1 would not work at all), get onto the other Elevator #2 & then go down 1 floor. This went on for our entire trip of 5 days. It was very inconvenient to say the least. Ad for everything else, could not have asked for anything better..

Stayed Mar 28, 2026Very nice and clean. Great location. Big enough for our group of 4 adults, a teenager, and an infant. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus! Kitchen was pretty well stocked and the little gift basket upon check in was a thoughtful touch.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This place was beyond our expectations. The view from the balcony was extraordinary! With two kids ages 8 & 5, they think we had the coolest place in all of Florida. We were surprised when finding the beach wagon with more than enough beach chairs and even beach towels. We didn't have a rainy day but it was a pleasant surprise that if we did, there were plenty of board games to choose from. My only regret for this trip was how short it was. We will definitely be booking here again and can't wait for next year's trip.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025The room was really beautiful and the views from the balcony were amazing. The a/c struggled a bit keeping it cool, especially at night. The fans in each of the bedrooms made a clicking noise at certain speeds. Other than those 2 issues it was a really nice stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025We loved staying here. Every family in our party had their own bathroom which was so nice- especially after coming in from the beach. They had a huge flatscreen that our infant loved to watch his favorite shows on. Our five year old loved that they provided board games and puzzles. They also provided a beach wagon and chairs for us to use. We had everything we needed and had an awesome time. We didn’t realize the balcony wrapped around so we could see the front of the condo showing the beautiful bridge as well as the back side showing the beach and pools. We could sit out there all day and listen to the waves. This condo had a lifeguard stand very close by on the beach which we also appreciated.
