Second time to stay in these condos. Love the place and area. So low traffics makes it easy to get around with golf cart. Great location to beaches.

STAIRS!!!! The stairs to get up to the top floor,so many of them. Almost makes you dizzy. And roaches where seen and killed. Other than that it was pretty amazing their was 11 of us total and no issues with places to sleep or being on top of each other. The beach was farther away than led to believe in the listing but it worked.

This property is located in a great area. Quick and easy access to the beach. We all enjoyed the open space. Plenty a room for the 11 of us. Lots of places to visit nearby for all ages. Few things could be upgraded or fixed but nothing major. Having a few beach chairs and umbrellas would be helpful. Overall we would stay again.

Great location and spacious layout with comfy beds and lots of baths. 10 of us had a memorable spring break from a fabulous location and enjoyed all the activities on 30A.

There are several sets of stairs so be aware if you have trouble with stairs.

Hello. While the property was clean and spacious and located in a good neighborhood, there are a few suggestions I will give to make the property better. 1. There were no basic tools on site to aid in cleaning on a daily basis. No broom, No dish drain stopper, No dish strainer to place wet dishes, No dish towels to wash dishes with. Very few cooking utensils. Most of these items we purchased ourselves. 2. There were no basic condiments, i.e., No Salt, No Pepper. 3. We were given 2 trash bags to last all week for 11 people. We had to buy extra trash bags. A box of 1000 tall trash bags can be purchased at Sam's for about $25.00. 4. The sectional couch and pillows were stained and very much worn. 5. The bed pillows were flat and unsupportive. 6. We were given 10 towels and 10 wash clothes for 11 people to last all week. So, someone had to share. 7. The shower doors on the 2nd floor balcony room fell on a family member during a shower. 8. There was no outside access to any storage to place beach items. These items were stored in the open to keep from bringing them in the home. 9. There were some very rowdy people in the pool that were throwing furniture in the pool but no one on site to stop the activity. 10. The air conditioner stopped working 2 times during the week. These are a few of the items that need improvement. For the amount of money we spent for the rental of the townhouse, these amenities should have been better. We would have done better to rent a hotel room down the road. At least we would have fresh towels to use.

The kitchen provided all the necessary dishes and pans needed. The beach was beautiful and an easy walk from the unit. And the unit provided plenty of space for the 8 of us. Our only complaint was the beds were hard with a plastic mattress cover with no mattress pads so we’re very uncomfortable.
