Mediterranean 502 a 4 bedroom luxury condo next to the Flora-Bama by Prickett Properties

Lovely condo w/ the most amazing views. Fab location w/ lots of room to spread out and be comfy. The check in process was not so easy trying to find the lock box, key, etc.. but customer service was superb! Wish there were more key fobs avail during the stay since the condo accommodate such a large group. But overall we would highly recommend this property and the management company!

We had a blast and will come back one day! You should have a discount to incentivize repeat renters or consistent ones to keep returning.

We have been staying in 502W for almost 15 years. We've stayed with family and small kids to four couples. There's always lots of room no matter who is there. We love the Flora-Bama next door. We can rent a boat across the street, eat at the other Flora-Bama restaurants across the street, Waffle House for breakfast. Couldn't ask for a better location, and the beach is always so nice and not crowded. The view of the Gulf of America is amazing walking into the condo. We saw dolphins almost every day from the expansive deck. We've stayed at a lot of condos in this area, but 502W is our favorite.

This place was so nice!!! Very roomie and walking distance to all of the things! The management company was also very nice and quick to respond! Nothing negative to say about this place!! 10/10!!

This spacious condo could be a real jewel with a little TLC! The balcony is just right with ample seating for everyone, however, inside is another story. The master jet tub holds water around the drain making it seem unsanitary. We did not use for that reason. The second king bedroom has a sliding door that is inoperable and the guests in that room had to sleep with the door cracked open as it wouldn't close after opening. Too, that room's vents would not blow cool air. The queen bathroom has cabinet damage…laminate on doors chipping and peeling away. We've stayed in this unit twice and reported the jet tub last year. We love the size of the Mediterranean as a whole, but I feel the owners may place too much on the fact that it sits next door to the Florabama. That's not reason enough for us to book again. I'd love to see an otherwise lovely unit be left empty due to the aforementioned.

We loved the location and the layout. Would love to rent again. Small details that should be addressed just to complete perfection are, List Fan in bedroom missing string to control fan. One bedroom single room patio door won't open (off track?). Microwave not working. Fixed immediately…thank you. Broken mirror on closet door. Kitchen sink water pressure very low. Fixed immediately…thank you! General cleaning issues (sticky dirty floors, food on clean dishes, mold in showers, hair in shower drain, Potato chip on floor by coffee table, stains on sofas and pillows, etc). Very satisfied with the maintenance, Chuck, for repairing our two important items immediately. Very impressive!!

Had the best time staying at the Mediterranean in Perdido Key. Great location. Had issues with 2 of the sliding door handles but friendly maintenance guy was able to fix it. Looking forward to next years annual family vacation.

The photos don’t do justice to how nice this condo is-so much space in living areas and rooms, beautiful condo. Wrap around balcony with awesome views. We enjoyed having flora bama right next door and walked there in the evenings. Will definitely stay again
