Medical Center Condo for Medical Students, Professionals and Small Families.

I stayed at this property with my three children (ages 3, 5, and 20), and it was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. The listing claimed to sleep 8, but there were only two beds. I disclosed the number of guests in advance to ensure adequate sleeping space, yet the owner later accused me of trying to sneak people in.The neighborhood felt unsafe, and I would not have chosen this location had I known more about the area. The check-in process was disorganized and inconvenient — the host tried to delay our check-in time beyond what was listed.The unit itself was organized but far from clean. The sheets appeared unchanged, there was only one trash bag provided for the entire week, and worst of all, the unit was infested with roaches. I encountered them in the shower and in the kitchen — one even jumped on me during my shower. This was particularly disturbing since I was traveling with young children.When I informed the host about the conditions, instead of addressing the issues professionally, she arrived at checkout with another man, which felt intentionally intimidating. Rather than taking responsibility, she denied the roach problem entirely.I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with children. The listing is misleading, the hygiene is unacceptable, and the host was confrontational rather than helpful.

The location was good for my purpose. The place was cozy and offered lots essentials for cooking in. Queen size bed for me was fine, it was just okay for comfort. Host was extremely responsive.

We came to SA for a conference and my birthday. We booked based on photos, amenities (pool, hot tub) as well as proximity to the airport, downtown and the conference. The neighborhood is in a rough area. I would not have felt safe if my husband was not with me. The unit and surrounding area consistently smelled of marijuana the entire trip. This was bothersome (especially being pregnant) and was immediately communicated upon arrival. Initially the unit appeared “clean” but once it was being used, you could clearly see corners cut with cleaning. The showerhead was covered in timescale and mineral deposit. It was not functioning properly due to the buildup, pressure was erratic, the hot water was minimal. The shower curtain was also covered in pink mold at the bottom. When we informed the property manager, she said the only time she had to come “fix” it was right then and no other time but we were heading out for my birthday dinner. Upon arrival to dinner we received multiple messages that she was about to enter the property without us there or our consent. This was particularly frustrating because we were trying to enjoy the night but was blown up on the app. We were not comfortable with a stranger in the unit with all of our belongings and stated this. The hot tub had not worked for over a year. Someone else’s dirty socks under the bed. The kitchen backsplash was dirty from previous renters. Gnats/flys from the sink. Thin blankets and pillows. Would not stay here again.

This was a nice one-bedroom condo. Val was great at communicating. The location was close to the San Antonio medical center. I would consider staying here again.

Location was perfect. We would make 2 suggestions: provide a pitcher and maybe replace the couch. But we enjoyed our stay and recommended it.

Easy access to the hospitals I had to work at, and the manager was easy to communicate with.

I had an emergency come up and looked and found this place. It was exactly like the pictures. I ended up staying longer than expected and the owner was great in accommodating me. It was reasonably priced and a great location to visit at the hospital. I would gladly stay there again if in the area.
